Pros/Cons
Pros
- What I like most about this software is its ease of use. Which is very straight forward and Deal focused.
- It seems that you like the neat and clean interface of this CRM system. It's great to hear that you find the user interface appealing and user-friendly.
- We are very pleased with the simplicity and clarity with which Bigin now accompanies our daily work.
Cons
- Lost Email tracking functionality Lost Email tracking functionality.
- Its inability to link to a few things we needed the integrations to do.
- They were all a small businesses owner. It takes no time to setup and learn how it works.
Pros
- Forecasting capability is pretty good and highly-customizable. Sales funnel on the dashboard is pretty well-received by employees because they can easily visualize where we are in the Quarter.
- Nimble's dashboard is nice and impressive because you can see all the information like new connections and also other applications that are very well integrated like LinkedIn, Office 365, G-Suite.
- Best thing i like about nimble that is has a uniqe interface and stractures. Its Braight colors make works feel more comfort and fun.
Cons
- If you have large database of contacts then it will sometimes becomes headache for you because it fails to upload your all contacts.
- The constant spam ads/suggested info pages is a bit annoying. If this was not the case, many more of our project managers would be using this.
- The limits on the email are quite frustrating. It also does not come with much storage and that can also be frustrating when trying to save and keep things organized.
