Boei - simple yet powerful communicator for your website

I have a quick chat on each page, so it simplifies the way my clients can get in touch with me. It was very easy to implement and they continue to improve this software and are open to feedback.

PROS

An easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages.

CONS

I can't think about real drowbacks. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic.

Boei - The Super Sized Menu

Excellent product and service. I can't complain about the level of support I've received. They are receptive to customer feedback and have a public roadmap.

PROS

The ease of setting it up and rolling it out. This tool is super easy to set up and helps drive conversions.

CONS

It's relatively new and still evolving so patience is required for some feature rollouts.

Quick and easy chat menu

PROS

I was looking for a chat app to easily communicate with my customers. I didn't want to install anything overly complex and I just wanted something that worked within minutes. After briefly using Boei, I knew it was right for me. It's super lightweight and easy to use, plus it has all the chat bots that you might need! Highly recommend to anyone looking for something simple.

CONS

I wish there was a better UI or more design options.

A simple and minimalistic tool with a lot of power!

Displaying all of our contacts in a compact and easy to access way.

PROS

At it's core it's an easy way to allow your visitors to choose between their favourite contact method to reach you, however with extra features like direct call, call me back, feedback, work hours and some more as one of the best aspects is that the developer is very friendly, attentive and continues to add more features to it and listens to the comunity. It's an easy and quick solution for smaller businesses or projects. If you have multiple projects also makes it easy to organize all of their contacts in the same platform. Easily works anywhere/on any platform, is beautifully simple and can be used to substitute the ugly widgets of chats like JivoChat, because Boei gives you a great freedom to customize. You can easily customize it however you want, even add CSS etc. and the best part is that the developer keeps updating and adding features to the tool. For the future I would love to see more several themes/designs/templates for how the boei links appear on the page, maybe one where the links appear as icon bubbles (with the same design as the Boei bubble) that stack on top of boei.

CONS

It would be nice if when you setup only one link per boei button, it would open this link automatically (since there are not more links to choose from, requiring multiple clicks from the user is irrelevant/more friction). I'm aware Boei is supposed to support multiple contact methods, but because boei is also a great way to easily customize your chat contact bubble button and make it fit your websit, indepently of the service you use, and sometimes you might just want to use one service which has a very ugly button (such as the example of jivo)

Very Clever Plugin with instant benefits

It was very easy to configure and setup on my website. The only issue I had to deal with was to decide what channels not to include in the pop up on the website. I need to be clear what are the essential channels to include for each site that I design.

PROS

Very happy to give Top Marks to this Plugin. Most of my business enquiries are coming from Smartphone users based on my Analytics. Boei allows those users in particular contact me on the preferred social Channel with one click. I also can follow up on that channel later or over time with the conversion thread preserved. Its a pop up and also give the prospective client the opportunity to fill out a standard contact form as well. I am implementing it on all my sites now and I am very happy to recommend.

CONS

I need to make sure I am not including channel options that are not relevant, so I need to be sure of my target audience to avoid clutter when the pop up is activated.

Less clicks to make contact with my enquiry portal. I wanted customers to have newarly no barriers to make contact particulaty from a Smart Phone

There were less interactions for a customer to make contact. Customers just need to click once or twice and they can send me a message quickly.

Easy-to-deploy floating contact button

We have been using Boei for many clients over the past year and the impact on the page speed is negligible and helps convert website visitors to warm leads.

PROS

Ease of deployment, lightweight code, and overall flexibility and functionality

CONS

The form component isn't exactly flexible and extensive enough for most uses so we often have to use another form solution.

Lightweight and efficient widget

Easy lightweight lead generation tool

It brings more leads that possibly would not come without it, making it extremely easy for users to contact you instantly. After setting it up, I just have more leads. Simple.

PROS

Boei is really easy to get going. It's lightweight so you can use it without getting bogged down by any complex features and it converts site visitors into leads for you. You'll get weekly reports on the performance with ideas for what might be improved next!

CONS

I haven't found a single downside to the usage I do of this. Support requests are handled quickly and efficiently, while the features have been consistently improving since I started using it.

Great service to simplify contact channels on websites

PROS

It's extremely easy to gather different communication channels under one UI, simplifying the contact process for users, which is essential because it allows us to meet our clients via their preferred method (and not the one we impose on them)

CONS

I wish they had more design options to make it less standard amongst different websites. Another thing that could be better is the speed at which new integrations are added; it could be faster.

Great communication app for my website

I use the tool on my website to get in touch with my visitors and without having to publish a form that could be abused by spammers. Communication is more fluent and direct as each user can choose their preferred channel to get in touch.

PROS

I like the ease of use, short learning curve, customization, loading speed, options, reports & analitics.

CONS

Nothing much. I does what it is intended to do. Maybe more options for positioning or bubble forms. Nothing really related with the main purpose of the tool.

The minimalistic chat

I use it for clients who want to offer a way to connect to their website visitors and letting the visitor choose their preferred channel (Whatsapp, Facebook, Telegram, ...) and for that it's perfect!

PROS

Easy to use, very flexible, perfect solution for clients who want a chat function that allows different channels

CONS

Simplicity is key here, but some might think it's too simple and want a 'true' chat.

Best solution for communication through your website!

I Used Replain before, but that is very complicated to manage. I searched for this solution for a long time and I really like it very much!

PROS

There is a long list of communication channels you can choose from! Easy to implemetn by Code or Plugin (Wordpress)

CONS

It really is a great tool, I did not found any negative aspects at all!

Reasons for switching to Boei

Complicated and a few months ago all communication from support (auto reply) became Russian! I also had to send them a message every day, because otherwise messenger would block me (according Replain)

When Live-Chat just doesn’t cut-it anymore!

I first tried Boei when I wanted to give my customers a way to contact us other than Live-Chat. Originally Boei didn’t support the app that I needed, but after a quick chat with the founder, he integrated the app I needed before the weekend ended! I am really impressed with the quality of the software, but even more impressed with the team behind it!

PROS

I love all of the different options available with Boei. I also love the support from the founder. I now have the option for my customers to: E-Mail, DM, FB Message, WhatsApp, Live-Chat, & Fill out a form... all in one place!

CONS

I don’t have any complaints at all with the software.

An great all in one chat tool

It makes it easier for website visitors to engage with me on the channel of their choice.

PROS

Installing Boei was simple, took less than 5 minutes, and I was up and running. What I liked is that you can install it on Wordpress, HTML, and even on other page builders. You can use it with WhatsApp, Telegram, Live chat, Facebook messenger, or any combination of them at once so that visitors can pick the channel they're most comfortable with.

CONS

None at the moment, everything is working as it should be.

Best overall tool to add multiple chat platforms to your website

Boei has been a time saver for me. I was looking for a way to integrate various social media chat options into my website so that my customers can contact me using the platform of their choice. I tried 3-4 other platforms but nothing came closer to the experience I finally got from Boei. Its WhatsApp and Google Map integration bought me over. I just wish it has support for Frase assistant and Gist assistant

CONS

lacking integration with Frase and Gist and some of the labels are confusing.

Great software

Boei.help is a useful tool for any website. With Boei I was able to set up the social media interactions with a simple approach. I could customize the Boei setting in a uniform way. Moreover, did Boei speed up my website building speed.

PROS

Easy to use. It is a very simple set up proces.

CONS

Translations are hard to set up. On my multilingual website do I restrict the use of text. Just social media icons.
