Boomtown provides marketing and sales automation solutions for the real estate industry. Through Boomtown, brokers can select and customize a lead generation website, track and nurture leads, and monitor team success and sales. The application is SaaS based and can be accessed from an iPad, smartphone, and a tablet.

The automated marketing tools create a way for brokers and agents to stay in touch with prospects and clients so that agents can nurture leads without having to manually track all interactions. The system automatically sends notifications regarding listing updates, so that agents can remain up-to-date with their markets.

Boomtown features advanced website analytics, allowing users to track a prospective buyer's or seller's movements and interactions across the site. Sales analytics include dashboards that can help managers monitor their team’s engagement. The tool allows users to customize their product website and add features like mortgage calculator, home value estimator, price history, property details and property maps.

Great CRM to Follow Up With Clients!

They have great customer support and answer very quickly!

Pros

The back-end system is very easy to use! It makes following up with leads and past clients a breeze and you can easily sort through what tasks that you have due.

Cons

You can't add or change your own sources manually, which is a bit of a pain. Seems like it should be a simple thing to add. It's also a bit expensive.

Good software for lead gen

Pros

We get a lot of leads through BT!
Their customer service is really great, and they will schedule calls to teach you how to make the most of BT.

Cons

It initially seems difficult to use. With the help of the customer service folks, you’ll soon be able to navigate with ease.

Great CRM for Real Estate!

Pros

Was recommended this software from multiple people and haven't looked back. Have tried multiple products in the past few years. Very easy to use, great onboarding and efficient systems make it a great asset to our real estate team.

Cons

It seems like there are a lot of different tools to use on the platform. Unfortunately, for a team of only agents it's tough to find time to learn the ins and outs of the platform.

Nice but the price?

When I reach out and say I am considering a change or make any level of a complaint about the viability of leads I get a quick condemnation on how I could better manage the site. The marketing they have done for me has brought many registrations but there are a ton of bogus leads. I will probably make a change to a new system because the price for the CRM part is so high. I have had and been working the system for 18 months and closed 2 buyers. I am a broker owner

Pros

The support is great and the CRM works really well. I find the site mostly easy to use on a computer.

Cons

VERY limited ability to manage pages, no ability to manage ad word account, SUPER EXPENSIVE. The mobile app is very buggy and limited. It also locks up at least once a month.

Good quality all in one CRM

Pros

What is a bit unique with this CRM is that it has the functionality to work with both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.

Cons

Nothing glaring that comes to mind, the customer support could be more proactive and provide more tutorials

Pros

BoomTown manages all our prospects and contacts. It is easy to use and it helps you categorize your leads and prioritize which opportunities you can focus on. It is very effective and helps me meet my goals and objectives. Since I started using this tool in our campaign, the numbers have increased making us closer to our goals. It helps me organize my database, thus saves time, allowing me to do other tasks.

Cons

Customer Support is okay however there are times they respond or answer late. Sometimes assistance can only be through email.

Great, marketing tool for Real Estate Professional

Pros

Great for agents to setup clients contact information and campaigns. The CRM has the ability to text campaigns with is great cause you don't have to use your phone to target clients.

Cons

The software is a little expensive for a small business starting out. Some features can be a little overwhelming trying to use.

The best real estate software platform

Pros

The fact that I can communicat with multiple buyers and sellers on a large scale helps us improve our deal pipeline and close more deals.

Cons

Outated UI/UX but they have been getting better with updates.

Boomtown Review

Im happy with the platform, however I do feel its costing a little more than it should. I am only a few months in so we will see.

Pros

I like the how easy it is to communicate with clients. I also like the accountability tracking for agents. I also like having the reporting.

Cons

I dont like how I dont have control of my adwords. I relaized also that my facebook advertising i have been doing is costing more because Im working against the boomtown ads

The Best CRM

I feel more confident in engaging with my clients because I can better predict where they are in the buying process. I can feel them out in terms of where they are in The Funnel. If they are longer term prospects or if they are ready to buy now. Or simply seeing if they need more information on a home based on how they are engaging with the website. The experience has been nothing but positive with BoomTown.

Pros

The best part of this software is being able to gauge my clients interest in homes based on their search activity on my website. And from there, being able to send homes directly through my website without going back to the MLS and sending homes the "archaic" way. And from there, being able to engage with my clients within the the CRM without having to leave the CRM to go to my work email or phone.

Cons

The search functionality could be improved to match nearly identical with the MLS search capabilities.

Boomtown Review

We are a newer company who have already tried 2 different website companies. This one has fixed every problem we were having with the last company we were using. The integration with our Paragon MLS system has literally no issues, the CRM is easy to use and has so many benefits our agents are just learning to use. Boomtown support is super easy to contact and get answers from in a timely manner. We are truly excited to see what this site will do for us as it has already abled us to move faster, keep in touch better, and search easier.

Pros

Boomtown is very easy to use, is very functional, and works seamlessly with our MLS. Their support is quick to reply and easy to deal with.

Cons

There is nothing to complain about. The support is good enough to fix whatever problems we have encountered.

Great customer service, great system, great leads. You will make serious money with this system.

Pros

The simplicity of using and having the system work for you whether you are a single real estate agent or a realtor looking to grow your business to a very successful team. This software is up to date, easy to use and Boomtown offers so many things to list. I promise that your potential customers will not realize that you are not the one emailing directly. The software is so intelligent, it sends emails, texts and other information just as an individual would only it's the system working for you to save time and money.

Cons

I cannot think of one single thing I didn't like about the software. It is an A+ in my opinion. The only negative is not with the software, it's with the cost. It is very costly so the average realtor just starting out isn't likely going to purchase unless they have a positive cash flow coming from somewhere else.

The Silent Real Estate Sentry

It's been fabulous. For those agents that have NOT applied a CRM to their business, this is a great addition. One extra closing pays for the program in spades.

Pros

While I sleep, while I am busy with other clients, BT tracks and memorializes my prospective client's every move. It's stealth posture makes me look like a mind reader when I bring up a "property that I stumbled accross this morning" which happens to be the property that my client put hearts all over!

Cons

The mobile app. It's a bit cumbersome to drill down to clients information and / or the properties that they were looking at and applying "favorite" titles to.

The Perfect Solution to Provide Exceptional Customer Service

As a new real estate agent I am so grateful for this tool! I cannot imagine trying to keep track of leads and follow up with everyone in a timely manner without it. It also allows the space for notes on each clients which helps me provide a personalized experience even if I only talked to the lead once 6 months ago. It's helped my business grow quickly!

Pros

It is so simple to keep track AND nurture hundreds of leads without ever missing a follow up. Additionally, with notifications, you can contact a hot lead within minutes of registration or interaction. It's the perfect tool to provide the best follow up and customer service. Email templates and drip campaigns make it quick and simple to contact hundreds of potential clients in one day.

Cons

It does take some time to get through all the training in order to fully utilize it's potential. You'll have to make sure all your employees go through the training as well. It is intuitive to some degree, it just has an expansive capability that takes some time to take full advantage of.

Best CRM out there

Pros

Easy to use, perfect for new Agents to learn the business and organize the high volume of clients that come into your database. Also the mobile app is seamless and easy to use.

Cons

Goes through a lot of maintenance (I am sure bc of high volume of clients) but also have trouble with texting sometimes. Sometimes they don't go through and does not notify me client did not receive

Customer service leaves much to be desired

Pros

There are many features in BoomTown, which can be overwhelming. A better training program that walks new people through, step by step, would be very helpful.

Cons

Suggestions for NEEDED improvements are only taken on a voting basis. Meaning that if you're having a problem with their search engine, you have to have to wait for others to "vote up" the problem. I find this to be absolutely unprofessional and it makes a terrible impression with our agents.
Customer service is almost always awful. You cannot get a direct number to consistently call one person with an issue, meaning you will have to explain it over and over (and over).

Pros

The best CRM hands down we have ever used. Support is awesome and the ease of use on all platforms is top notch.

Cons

They are adding new things all of the time which will make the system glitch out but nothing that has cost on business, only frustration.

Boolmtown Review

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Boomtown. This is a product that my Broker offers to the agents and I view it as a huge benefit because it sets me apart from other agents in the market place.

Pros

I like this software because it is an easy way for me to manage conversations with prospective home buyers and sellers.

Cons

The system is quite large and the iphone/ipad app is not as functional as the actual website when using on a computer. Who uses a computer anymore?!
