Boomtown provides marketing and sales automation solutions for the real estate industry. Through Boomtown, brokers can select and customize a lead generation website, track and nurture leads, and monitor team success and sales. The application is SaaS based and can be accessed from an iPad, smartphone, and a tablet.

The automated marketing tools create a way for brokers and agents to stay in touch with prospects and clients so that agents can nurture leads without having to manually track all interactions. The system automatically sends notifications regarding listing updates, so that agents can remain up-to-date with their markets.

Boomtown features advanced website analytics, allowing users to track a prospective buyer's or seller's movements and interactions across the site. Sales analytics include dashboards that can help managers monitor their team’s engagement. The tool allows users to customize their product website and add features like mortgage calculator, home value estimator, price history, property details and property maps.

It's a good CRM and marketing platform

Pros

This is a great marketing platform for real estate agents. You can monitor your clients activity and make sure you are keeping contact with them

This is very expensive for the average real estate agent and seems to be for larger teams

BoomTown is Solid

BoomTown is a solid software to generate and manage real estate and rental leads

Pros

Lots of communication options including email and text. Ability to easily follow the chain of communication within the software. To-do and Follow-up task assignment is easy to use. Love that is shows who is online in real time. Custom emails and text messages, bulk communication options, and scheduled communication is a huge benefit.

Difficulty using the mobile app without glitches

Boom your Business with Boomtown!

So far, so good! I love that its so user friendly and easy to recommend to others.

Pros

nothing can keep my scatterbrained routine in check like boomtown. The integrated task lists and timelines really help me keep track and helps me maintain contact so I can cultivate more clients!

Cons

At first it was not compatible with my transaction software, Brokermint, But just recently they added that to their partner list, so I can add deadlines, carry over contacts, and store information between the two. Its wonderful!

Complete software

Pros

This software is very complete. You can use the software from your computer and your phone. If you are a person who is disorganized, this software will keep you well organized as it reminds you who contact on a daily basis. You can also write notes on your clients so when you do contact your client you can pick up from where you left off.
If you have a hard time knowing what to write or say, this is what you need. The software comes with scripts already made for you and you can always change them and make them your own.

Cons

The least I like about thus software are the scripts on the phone. I work from my phone very often and when you need to send an email from your phone you cannot make it your own.

Boomtown much more user friendly than other software we have used.

It has been a great experience, we have used Zurple and Kunversion. Boomtown is by far the easiest to use and train your agents to use. Their support staff is excellent, and easy to connect with.

Pros

It is exremely user friendly. Easy for agents to use, the mobile app is excellent.

Cons

I feel it is oversaturaed in our market. I wish the sites were more unique.

AMAZING Tool for anyone wanting to keep track of clients!

I use BT for newly signed Buyers and Sellers to feed them information. I also use it to keep track of potential clients and closed clients. Very easy to use once you have set it up.

Best System I’ve Seen

I have had an amazing experience with Boomtown. Always helpful staff, easy to operate userface, and clean/modern look.

Pros

My favorite thing about BT is their customer service. I know that if I have a problem or question I can always get a timely, helpful response. I also love how user friendly the system is and all the help/training tools that are always available.

Cons

The thing I like the least is that I am not able to add my own Stage category for clients. Such as adding a category for mets that aren’t qualified but being dripped on.

Expensive but worth it

It has been good, I am not where I thought I would be 6 months in as far as results, as in the leads aren't as hot as I expected, but overall it has been our best option.

could NOT live without this product

I love it. I attribute a good patt of my success to taking advantage of this system

In conjunction with the app, every time I make a phone call, a notification pops up that reminds me to log the nature of the conversation and add a "to-do". This ensures that I make contact on a regular basis with my clients. I also have a stats page that lists every customer Ive been neglecting so I can go back and keep contact with them as well. Ignoring clients means lost business so this is incredibly important to my business success.

Cons

Like all software systems, learning the tricks of how to use it best is a little tricky but not difficult.

I LOVE Boomtown

Can keep track and categorize leads appropriately which is awesome when you have tons of leads in different situations. I can set up different drip emails for different categories and have them auto run when I move them to the category.

Most used tool in my business

Boomtowns is a great CRM

Staying in-touch with clients more regularly through the to-do's. I can not imagine not having Boomtown to grow my business.

Pros

The interface with buyers and sellers. I like that we can create searches and stay on top of clients searching and time spent looking at properties. I enjoy the reminder and auto drip campaign you can set up.
I also like the favorite option for clients and notifications

Cons

That activity from the phone does not link direct to boomtown. Can not alter pre-set texts from the cell phone.

Best I've ever used!

Pros

It is easy to get started without help, however they have great online classes and support. It is very easy to get things done and to get my clients what they need, as well as staying on top of things without needing to do it myself!

Its technology aims to help Real Estate brokers and Real Estate agents to convert more leads and increase more sales in the most effective, timely and convenient way. From the front end to the back end, its tools are designed to manage all leads and opportunities without missing any sale. It is cheaper consideing that its features and functionality are complete from website, to CRM to email marketing.

Cons

Customer support is not that consistent when it comes to responding on time. Boomtown is used by most agents because it is cheaper that is why technical support and customer support sometimes have delays.

Boomtown is a wonderful CRM for all real estate professionals

I think it is a must have for all real estate teams, as it will generate a lot of business and the customer service is top notch.

Pros

It's high intuitive software allows you to correspond to clients asap and also the system sends automated emails that act as if it were you and the clients cannot detect that they are computer generated.

Cons

The only con would be the cost. It's well worth it when you get your leads, but not feasible for your fresh team starting out.
