Pros
- The system has advanced tools to not only manage but also to constantly improve customer relationship. The system’s agility and scalability are some of the greatest benefits to us.
- Having marketing, sales and service in a single platform has easily been one of the best benefits to date. Outlook integration works perfectly and really saves time for everyone.
- The software is user-friendly, cost-effective, and has gained significant popularity in the market.
Cons
- We’re still making internal decisions on naming conventions and numerous details which is stalling the process.
- Well, it’s hard to dislike something that makes your life easier, and there’re no serious drawbacks that I can mention.
- Even though there are so many different CRMs on the market, it's still hard to find what you really need for your business.
Pros
- It offers one of the best CRM as well as it provides an automation of marketing. Its reporting is also superb along with Drip Marketing and Landing Pages which are also just great.
- CRM capabilities are amazing being able to organize all of your customers, warm leads, and cold list is a single dashboard is super powerful.
- I love the tracking of our opportunities with the access to forecast our high and low potential month by month. It's also wonderful to understand where the weakest points are for conversion.
Cons
- The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.
- When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.
- I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.
