Automation seems to work well, and plays nice with BigCommerce.

We have used Brightpearl for nearly four years now. It was probably more than we needed initially but we decided it was worth the investment to carry us through early business growth.

Brightpearl charges a hefty price (more than $10K) for onboarding data, setup and training and both are disappointing. Data migration is complex because Brightpearl keeps its data in an uncommon way.

We have just integrated Magento which works perfectly and links direct to our website. I would also recommend watching the you tube videos as these are very helpful in the beginning.

Immensely frustrating when  the supprt team offer no fixes to our problems. The bigger we grow the more severe the consequences of their bugs and issues.

It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements.

I hope as brightpearl expands it can keep true to it's roots of supporting small businesses with a system that would normally only be available to big business with big budgets.

Overall, Brightpearl did not meet its promises. After just 6 months, we made a decision to start looking elsewhere and abandon the tremendous investment we had made in Brightpearl.

The help guides and YouTube videos are great and the set-up is very user friendly. Compared to the alternatives on the market, I can't recommend this highly enough.

The team have always been helpful and friendly and have felt like we had a partner in software as opposed to some large faceless organisation.

Automation workflows of drip is the major and most powerful feature. Rules and Tags also helps to create different types of audience.

It works reliably, smoothly, and gives me strategic guidance to help my business be successful online.

Drip has outstanding customer service, an intuitive and easy to identify interface, and unmatched features.

It's quick and easy to use, and there are some powerful features. Customer service has generally been good.

Great design makes something more fun to use. It has a lot of features and it is relatively straightforward to use.

Drip has been excellent in this, and I have introduced other colleagues to Drip who are equally pleased.

Some of the features are still in development and they can take a long time to come out. Sometimes subscribers will get stuck in a workflow.

Automation and great API are the features I'm interested the most.

If you sell a lot of different types of products and customers, Drip's ability to help you segment people automatically is amazing.

Sadly, Drip is totally underwhelming and getting involved was a big mistake.

What I loved the most is the the fantastic custom support team, really passionate and knowledgable.

Difficult to use - Extremely slow and poor customer service - Dubious pricing model.

Overall I am super happy with Drip and would recommend it to others, even those who are NOT tech savvy.

Expensive in the market when compared to other tools and it is burden for freelancers and early stage bloggers.

Also the unlimited tags and the easy integration with Salesforce and Zapier is important for me. Support is usually fast, friendly and competent.

It takes some getting used to when creating workflows and automations, but it's no more difficult to use than any other product out there.

The 'error please refresh' message is constantly appearing. After copying and pasting or trying to set up a hyperlink, the site often freezes.

And a really vile colour scheme. I can overlook the colours but the techie-ness has been a barrier for me.

Great product at a great price for someone with a smallish email list.

Overall great experience, it's allowed us to expand our offering from a standard e-commerce site, to full-on marketing pipeline implementations.

By Tagging audience based on different options helps alot while desiging email campaigns. Drip is good tool but overpricing for lot of people.

I really like the concept behind it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use even for new users.

This is a full blown marketing and CRM suite and Mailchimp just sends emails. I still feel like I have more I can learn and do with Drip which is exciting.

I like the fact you can schedule a second email that only goes to recipients that didn't open the first email. Apart from that, there are plenty of other email products around with Drip's features.

Overall, our sales have gone up, our client engagement is high, and our team actually likes using the software - it's been a win/win/win/win/win from the beginning.

Integration with Elementor and WooCommerce is extremely bad.
