Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, plenty of help articles and great phone assistance too!

  • Ease of use. Really easy to learn and manage.

  • Cons

  • Not cheap. but good value to money compared to other solutions. Can be tricky to set up but the team provide full support.

  • The warehousing side is still a little under developed but this is being worked on No real sell through reporting or reports to help you forecast.

  • Insightly was very easy to use and had a number of great features. The UI was very practical and easy on the eye..

  • Easy to use, the free version is pretty robust, and there is no “click here to upgrade” clickbait. The iphone and iPad app is really good even on the free version.

  • Cons

  • i really dont have a dislike except for the pricing- but it accomplishes what i need it for

  • It's useful but overall we found it wasn't "easy" enough to use and it wasn't adopted consistently among everyone in our Company.
