Automation seems to work well, and plays nice with BigCommerce.

We have used Brightpearl for nearly four years now. It was probably more than we needed initially but we decided it was worth the investment to carry us through early business growth.

Brightpearl charges a hefty price (more than $10K) for onboarding data, setup and training and both are disappointing. Data migration is complex because Brightpearl keeps its data in an uncommon way.

We have just integrated Magento which works perfectly and links direct to our website. I would also recommend watching the you tube videos as these are very helpful in the beginning.

Immensely frustrating when  the supprt team offer no fixes to our problems. The bigger we grow the more severe the consequences of their bugs and issues.

It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements.

I hope as brightpearl expands it can keep true to it's roots of supporting small businesses with a system that would normally only be available to big business with big budgets.

Overall, Brightpearl did not meet its promises. After just 6 months, we made a decision to start looking elsewhere and abandon the tremendous investment we had made in Brightpearl.

The help guides and YouTube videos are great and the set-up is very user friendly. Compared to the alternatives on the market, I can't recommend this highly enough.

The team have always been helpful and friendly and have felt like we had a partner in software as opposed to some large faceless organisation.

Functionality is good and support response is excellent. We do not need to consult with a partner we can deal directly with Pipeline which brings down the cost.

It was pretty easy to set up and create custom view reports so we could track sales and onboarding activities. It synced to my email which was great.

As a small business (11-50 people), we couldn't be more thrilled with the level of functionality. It is extremely easy to use and the reports are more than I could hope for.

After our trial ended we signed up and were off. Setting up Pipeline Deals was quite easy, as the software can conform to your needs.

I like the ease of use and how I can chat them when we have any issues. This software keeps me organized and I love the reminders I can set.

This is the Achilles heel for Pipeline Deals, as the options for integrations are extremely limited.

The customer service is excellent as well. The agents were always so nice and helpful and it was always a smooth process when I had a question about how a new feature worked.

The best thing for me as the person who used the data provided/created in this platform regarding PLD is a very powerful API to read and write data. This is the best feature of it from my perspective.

I watched a few online demos and reviews before reaching out to their team. I was quickly assigned a representative that walked my team through a live demo and set us up with a POC trial.

We had used Salesforce long before I was on staff, and it was too costly to keep using. When I was onboarded there was no CRM being used, and that had to change.

It comes at a price, but it allows me to keep myself organized and better focus on my business.

These notes were easily lost in the shuffle and we had no hard reminders for us to follow up with our clients.

Their are some problems with the soft with gmail and having service call back to fix a problem.

Overall It mostly does what I need, but I do think there could be more powerful features and improvement of the phone app.
