Automation seems to work well, and plays nice with BigCommerce.

We have used Brightpearl for nearly four years now. It was probably more than we needed initially but we decided it was worth the investment to carry us through early business growth.

Brightpearl charges a hefty price (more than $10K) for onboarding data, setup and training and both are disappointing. Data migration is complex because Brightpearl keeps its data in an uncommon way.

We have just integrated Magento which works perfectly and links direct to our website. I would also recommend watching the you tube videos as these are very helpful in the beginning.

Immensely frustrating when  the supprt team offer no fixes to our problems. The bigger we grow the more severe the consequences of their bugs and issues.

It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements.

I hope as brightpearl expands it can keep true to it's roots of supporting small businesses with a system that would normally only be available to big business with big budgets.

Overall, Brightpearl did not meet its promises. After just 6 months, we made a decision to start looking elsewhere and abandon the tremendous investment we had made in Brightpearl.

The help guides and YouTube videos are great and the set-up is very user friendly. Compared to the alternatives on the market, I can't recommend this highly enough.

The team have always been helpful and friendly and have felt like we had a partner in software as opposed to some large faceless organisation.

No pulseway uninstall utility available. Built in uninstaller does not remove all traces of the app.

Mobile app features are carefully considered; they did not try and cram every feature in. Devs are active, responsive, and helpful in the forum.

The UI is very friendly and being able to customize the notifications like storage space and sending us alerts when system resources were reaching a certain limit.

Mainly because I am a total noob with PS and prefer to learn from others.

Notifications do not automatically go away when one has been triggered and the situation that caused the notification is no longer present.

The support staff is very responsive and are always eager to help solve problems I may have, or teach me how to use the new features.

The dashboard used as an info monitor in our Helpdesk, so we are aware of any issues, in a matter of a few minutes. Patching servers is super easy.

Support tickets ignored, unable to even log in due to an error in their systems. 2 weeks withodut access is enough to shut a place down.

Pulseway caters to what really matters most to me in all the important areas, and its support staff has demonstrated ample interest in helping me grow my business.

It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good.

Since I use Pulseway, the feature that i mostly like is its easiness. Pulseway provides effective and user friendly monitoring solution specially from the phone app.

Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc). Some pc's information should be available when they're offline.

Overall im happy - looked at other RMM providers and so far im happy to stick with Pulseway.

If there were one downside it would be support, they're friendly and fast, but I've always felt they blame me first, rather than look inward.

Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option.

Promised functionality never came, regular downtime and outages, poor performance.

The mobile APP is excellent and the easy of usage.
