  • Pros

  • Stock control is the most impactful and helpful.
  • It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements.
  • Cons

  • Brightpearl charges a hefty price (more than $10K) for onboarding data, setup and training and both are disappointing. Data migration is complex because Brightpearl keeps its data in an uncommon way.

  • Mobile app is awesome, implementation is easy - so anyone should be able to configure this, even those less experienced people.
  • Ease of use and implementation. Integration with Zendesk and Slack, plus integrated kaspersky antivirus.
  • Cons

  • No pulseway uninstall utility available. Built in uninstaller does not remove all traces of the app.
  • Mainly because I am a total noob with PS and prefer to learn from others.
