Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This product is very user friendly and is simple to use. I had no issues learning it initially and the add - ons made this more functional.

  • Very easy to use TONS of functionality Great customer support

  • Cons

  • The internal search capabilities could stand to be much more robust however I would still highly recommend this product.

  • It not necessarily difficult to use; however, it does take some study and use of regularly to learn the varying screens etc.

  • Pros

  • Love the option to split messages into different threads. This is primarily what I use it for. Very easy to see where each contact is in the pipeline. Very easy to set up customization.

  • It's amazingly easy to use and to set up. I use it to track Open-Rate on emails and a couple of things more and it works great!

  • Cons

  • It would be nice to have a better reporting, other than that everything is great, I am very satisfied.

  • streak offers a lot more than just email tracking, and im not interested in pipelines or other features, but honestly i can just ignore that stuff
