Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Basically I LOVE it as it is so easy to use, the drag and drop on the Calendar (for those times when you just can't get it all done on the day) is so very useful.

  • It is incredibly easy to set up, very simple to use and I like it's integration with Xero.

  • Cons

  • Capsule is a perhaps a little bit 'too simple'. You may soon outgrow it. Does not have auto-followup which would pop up after a task completion.

  • There are actually a handful of features that I would like but are missing. There are workarounds, however.

  • Pros

  • Very details and easy to use. Getting around the menu are easily labeled. You are able to use it to log time.

  • Easy to use, nice UI, simple but at the same time very powerful. Queses and processes are extremely flexible.

  • Cons

  • Lack of UI customization features but not critical. Satisfaction reports are a bit limited but not critical either.

  • JIRA is a very helpful and useful program, that is unfortunately still lacking on the design side of the spectrum.
