Industry-specific versions of Pivotal CRM are available for home building and real estate, as well as financial services—including versions for capital markets, institutional asset management, mutual fund wholesaling, commercial banking and private banking/wealth management. The solution is also used in the healthcare and medical devices, insurance and manufacturing industries.

Pivotal CRM is well-suited for Microsoft-based organizations: Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint are embedded within the solution, and it is designed to integrate with the Microsoft Office suite.
