I am not sure I dislike anything  because I have not met any challenging problem.

The cost per month - I'm not sure YET about the cost per month. We are a non-profit in a rural area so I'll have to see how beneficial this program turns out for me.

Implementation requires focus and time for the application to be useful to each organization needs.

That we can't back date  or put as a lost opprotunity if they haven't put a child on their tour. It may have been tech issues that day.

We use this site daily to be able to gather inquiries for childcare. It is connected to our company site and is easy for parents to use.

It allows the staff to get detailed information on those that are seeking our services so we are better equipped to assist them.

In the first month I was able to recoup a two year's worth of investment, it is well worth the cost whether you are a single location center or have multiple centers.

The software is difficult to understand, the flow is tedious and does not automate everything I wanted it to.

I have had a few struggles with the app connection when trying to use the Childcare CRM app on my phone/iPad.

It has been INVALUABLE in helping us follow up with all leads and successfully making them RAVING FAN customers. The support staff are patient, knowledgable and quick to respond to our questions.

We are able to capture potential customers that we had previously thought were not interested anymore. The customer service is outstanding.
