"However, it is not plug-and-play, and some features do not currently live up to how they are marketed. If Lofty improves customer support responsiveness, follows through more consistently on issue resolution and refunds, and refines its advertising, SEO, and AI tools, it could easily become a top-tier platform. As it stands, it’s a solid system with strengths, but also some meaningful gaps that prospective users should be aware of."

"I also dislike the billing. As the agents add or remove team members, we should be able to see the count since we are splitting that cost with them."
