Serious Realtors' CRM
Works equally as well for single Realtors as Teams. Incorporates everything you need to works with clients including texting, emailing and calls inside the software. It's really a one-stop-shop for my real estate business.
PROSTotally Realtor centric . If you have a team it has a Team Dashboard showing how many leads and how effectively they are being handled. Includes goals, easy to read analytics and property search for buyers and sellers. Chime also set up my website - now has a 'coming soon' feature for listings that is so easy to use. Great customer support, super responsive and helpful.
CONSIt's many amazing features means you have to learn the product, but Chime makes it much easier as there is a 'Show me how' instruction that walks you through whatever it is you're trying to do, step-by-step. Love it!

Im very impressed and chime is now widely accepted and I can use it with many other apps by link. Or seperate by routing vs card. I really am pleased and its now my primary.
PROSIts a breeze. Anything you need to accomplish is right there and easy to find. No searching thru drop downs to find answers or functions. Its super secure, I had an app linked that was hacked. Chime was safe and had no attempt.
CONSI was not sure it was real at first but I tried it out of necessity and did the download. I have no cons, its easy, secure and you can modify any and all notifications.
Reason for choosing Lofty
Chime is now widely accepted and the options for me as the user are simple, even now as they are becoming an industry powerhouse.

Don't waste your time, money and keep stress away!
the email says that I need to wait until someone calls me to let me know of the next step prior to cancelling the service!!!
PROSNothing to share here, I am sorry...oh may be the last rep that reached out.. She was very nice, too bad she is working for the wrong company
CONSWhen you sign, "it is all free and no contract etc" when you ask to cancel there us suddenly a One time Monthly Fee of $500 they charge and for what???The website was not ready for a month, the bill was paid though... Then I have requested the email to be updated with the one connected to my business instead with my personal email...it took more than a month for this to be done.. Then I scheduled a call to go over all with a rep so I can easily understand and implement.. I was given tons of links to watch.. because this is what I am paying the $500 per month ??? I was finally assigned a rep - she was able to explain 80% and the rest again- watch the videos... At this point I reached to another colleague of mine to ask about her experience...and she has a Team...she was so upset because she was paying just like me but the website wasn't ready and set correctly so she can't launch and use it.. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE After a few more reviews and more research I decided to just cancel.. Called all the reps I have had the opportunity to speak with prior to buying the service and each number goes to a voicemail. Then I started receiving emails from TECH SUPPORT.. I am saving the emails so if you think I am just messing with you call me and I will forward the email... So let me finish quickly here.. After multiple emails from Tech Support - My 1st request to cancel was made on [SENSITIVE CONTENT]... today is [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and I am waiting for them to call me with THE NEXT STEP????

Chime CRM and IDX Website
This CRM/Website is giving me complete control over my database and engagement with clients and leads.
PROSI really like the ease of use and support to from CHime to onboard with their CRM and Website. Chime was very responsive and made sure that my onboarding went smooth. I really like the website and the tools to engage leads to convert.
CONSNone at this point. I really dont have anything negative to say about Chime. It has really taken my business to the next level.

Easy to Use - Handy
The overall really useful program, user-friendly and efficient. It has more integrations than I used - and it is well oriented for Realtors and the real estate industry. But if your budget is tight you need to find something more affordable.
PROSI really liked its layout and ease of finding everything on the one site page. You can sort your leads in any way that suits your ease of use which makes it handy. It's flexible and user-friendly. It has great tech support that usually answers within minutes - which is really helpful.
CONSLack of popup options for tasks. I am a person who needs nudging to remember the many tasks at hand...if it doesn't pop on my screen....I lose the thread....

Chime is worth it if you use it
Overall, Chime has been a good CRM. I find that not many people in are area are using Chime and it gives us a heads up in our market.
PROSI like the ease of use. About 75% of the leads are willing to talk to us. Chime makes it cold calling easy, we know the people who are registered on our Chime site are interested in learning their house value or interested in purchasing a place. Makes calling easier.
CONSThere is some data that we are not able to export with out requesting it from our account executive. Such as partial seller leads. Sometimes the leads coming in are way outside of our set range. For instance, we are in MA and the leads are for FL.

User friendly, professional looking landing pages, CRM, & other tools to grow your business. Ability to send mass emails which appear personal.
CONSAd spend is a little high for the quality of the leads you receive, but I have found that to be the norm with most internet leads.

One of the best CRM software
It's has digital marketing tools and AI powered automation. I like the software too because it's helps in streaming sales funnels
CONSI have not seen any fault or back drop with the use of this very software, so for now I don't have any reservations about the software yet.

Chime really help my partner to hit our first million in real estate
I loved chime because aside from it is very friendly user it has an option to email and text the lead which is very convenient to us coz we already have those in one system, We used other CRM before but since they had very limited options to do we change and use the chime and this is very heaven to us. Kudos to the developer keep up the good work,
PROSI also loved the thing we have an AI who texted our lead, drip campaigns as well are really good and also this CRM not pricey.
CONSNone so far, hopefully they will have an option to call directly though the laptop and no bridge number needed for virtual assistant

Best decision ever.
So far, I have had no complaints. Customer service is nice and everything is so simple that there is no cause for mistakes or issues.
PROSI love that there is an option to round up transactions and take 20% from your direct deposit each time placing it into a separate savings account. This is a great way to save without actually missing the deducted amount, as you don’t see it in beginning. It’s also a plus that you and a friend receive $50 for a referral!
CONSMy least like about this software is that your able to see your savings balance right on login screen. I wish there was a way to at least minimize it to hide balance just so you aren’t constantly reminded of your balance. It causes your mind to go straight to “oh, there’s money in there.” This results in depending on your savings at times and that isn’t my goal.

STAY AWAY Bad Company
STAY AWAY - Worst Company ever, complete Scam. They embed your website with code leading all organic leads to them for website sign up. Just Crazy. Also they use .me for their website which means you are going to get a lot more spam and hacking from Russia!! Never delivered but charged for advertising. Try calling support or sales after you sign up and they will not answer!! Trust been doing real estate 10+ years and this has got to be the worst. Problem is they have many layers when googling their name, which I would have found this name before ever signing up. Complete waste of sunken cost money plus all the organic leads we lost.
PROSNON it is horrible company once you get onboard they disappear.

Stay away from this CRM
Terrible. I've had issues with basic things - the layout is very counter intuitive and finding help is all but impossible. And technical issues with dialer, submitting a ticket? forget it!
PROSI don't like anything about this CRM. It has basic functions but the customer support is so frustrating that the software is basically impossible to use.
CONSCustomer support is without a doubt the least helpful, slowest to respond and absolute worst in the business

Choose a company that will take care of you
There is A LOT to this product.
PROSI don't know because they won't help me actually learn to use it. I try calling but I don't hear back
CONSIt is hard to use any of the feature if you can't get a response from tech support. Spend your money with a company who will return your calls. They are happy to sell you the product, they just don't want to help you use it.

Best choice i have made in awhile.
I would strongly recommend to anyone that is not competing with me.
PROSSupport and implementation are 2nd to none, my company and i could not be happier. We have been using the system for about 6 months and our follow up and overall customer service has increased 10 fold.
CONSNone yet, the team at Chime has answered or fulfilled any and all issues my team of 100 has thrown at them.
