  • Pros

  • It is great to have tracking on who engaged or did not engage with my content. The in-app alerts are nifty too, as a different way to reach my clients outside of an email or a screenshare.
  • We are using a one to many customer success model and the ability to segment our customers and engage them using automated emails is amazing.
  • Great experience from the start. The implementation team is top notch and the customer success team is responsive, knowledgable, and always willing to go the extra mile.
  • Cons

  • We faced a problem of having a lot of data points and a lot of customers with no way to monitor and analyze that information at scale.
  • There is no way to customize how many accounts appear in their lists (known as Segments) meaning only 10 accounts can be viewed at a time (a big pain points for CSMs skimming their account list).
  • This software feels cumbersome and is not intuitive at all. It's difficult to navigate and figure out where to click.

  • The Support Team responds with lightning speed- they are incredibly helpful- and have wonderful senses of humor.
  • Super excited to get rolling on using this with our customers. Start to finish the team has been great to work with.
  • The layout of the projects and tasks is very nice, clean, and organized. Being able to invite a customer to complete tasks with you is an awesome feature.
  • Cons

  • Loss of reportability functionality and lack of being able to connect linked projects.
  • I have run into a few snags which all ended up being user error. The answer was there in front of me. I just needed the service team to point it out.
  • GUIDEcx is a critical part of my job and I use it literally every hour of every day. There's no way I'd be able to manage all of our implementations/onboarding without this tool.
