Amazing Lead Generation Platform
CINC has brought my real estate business to a whole new level. I am able to offer quality leads to my team and manage them in an easy to use platform.
PROSCINC helps keep you top of mind with leads/clients using their personality based drip campaigns. You can track user usage and frequency as well as see which properties they view. Phone calls, text messages, and emails can be sent directly from the system with no need to toggle back and forth between two screens. The advertising done on your behalf produces quality real estate leads for both buyers and sellers.
CONSWe occasionally have issues with the mobile app, but the glitches never seem to last more than an hour or two.

We chose CINC because of the complexity and thoroughness of their platform. The personality based follow up is incredible and keeps clients engaged.

CINC Pro does what it says it'll do!
Overall my experience has been positive. I look forward to continually building out the client base CINC is providing us.
PROSI love the leads that have been returned. CINC support has been critical on working with our agents to help them work their current leads and what is important to look for in a potential client.
CONSUnlike BoomTown, the website CINC creates is for leads only and does not double as your companies homepage. The URL you select is what will be advertised, so you lose a little of your branding and investment into your name/URL
Reasons for switching to CINC
I felt that BoomTown was overpriced for the leads they were providing and we were not converting leads at the rate that allowed me to justify spending 35k per year.

CINC review from an agent that does not recommend.
Poor. Increased billing. I came on with another agent and a lender and they allowed the lender to exit and pass the billing off to us without any notice. I was given a $120 upcharge for the AI service that was part of my contract in addition to this upcharge. Not a good experience. A lot of the leads are false info or bad numbers. DO not recommend this company at all
PROSIn theory this system was great. It offered all the things an agent would want.
CONSCustomer service. I was promised hand-holding and set up that I never got. When they changed templates they did not tell me they were going to do that and my website was down for over a week. Getting what I wanted and asked for UPFRONT was promised things that I never got. I advise customer service that I was promised these things in the beginning and they told me that "We don't provide this service any more".

Their customer service seemed to be good. Never set up my blog (told them upfront I wanted it - told later they don't do that. ). Never set up my guides, had issue with display on my website for over a week, just not a good experience for me.

Have loved CINC for years
They are wonderful to work with, the people are knowledgable and very helpful and friendly.
PROSI was on a team that had CINC previously for about 10 years and love it. Tried different websites and CRM lead management and they were not as good or as easy to use and understand.
CONSAI can be a bit strange with certain responses, but overall still like it

Do it all with CINC
It literally transformed my business
PROSWe use this program to monitor and feed leads to our business. There is no better on the market.We especially like the video integration and reporting of all activity by clients as well as the sales team.

Working with CINC
I really like and enjoy the potential of the platform but see where it can be improved.We spend thousands of dollars and commit a lot of time nurturing but haven't seen the value and reward fo the investment yet.
PROSThe amount of analytics and details about each lead is so helpful. We love "Alex" the AI bot that contacts clients upon registration. I really like the ability to add team members and distribute the leads to each agent where they can have their own account and manage their leads. The ability to text and email from the platform and add attachments and property listings is an important feature.
CONSThe quality of the leads is not always great. The "good" and qualified leads are few and far between.

I used to use IXACT but it didn't have the same extent of features so felt CINC was superior.I currently use Wise Agent as my CRM

Because I had used CINC previously with no real success so went to a more custom option with a lot of promises but they didn't live up to their word and offer.

Why cinc has dropped
Started off very good and dropped off dramatically the larger they got……..NO follow up or even contact until renewal time……then they seemed concerned about why things were not working.

Good, Bad and Ugly!
While we made good money utilizing CINC, I will continue to look for another platform that gives me a return on our investment and shares sold data to help both buyers and sellers. In order to stream line my business and vendors CINC needs to look at sellers as well as buyers!
PROSCINC is a great too, with great support... Very robust and has a lot to offer. The training and videos help a lot too.
CONSSeller data... supposedly CINC was designed by a real estate agent. If it was, then that person would have paid more attention to the sold data. He or she who holds the most listings controls the market. When we purchased CINC, we were told they display sold data as active data. Not the case. Our MLS provides sold data and an IDX FEED can be mapped out as easily as the active data, yet, CINC refuses to do this. I have to purchase an IDX feed from another company and have another service to display the sold data. THE CONSUMER, WANTS TO SEE WHAT HAS SOLD IN THEIR BACKYARD, WHY NOT GIVE IT TO THEM? CINC is missing the boat on this big time...

Our main reason was back then it would have been easier to add other cities across the country as we were expanding. However, since we started, we have abandoned any expansion ideas for now.

Good CRM with AI
Our reason for joining CINC was to generate leads however that has not quite panned out. Many companies out there nowadays provide crm, ai etc on the back end.
PROSI do like the crm, ai and the backend of the site to monitor the leads activity. I also like the cinc app and its features.
CONSThe number leads provided has not been as expected. Leads are forced to register and are not as open to having a conversation resulting in blocked calls.

Expensive system, will get leads, just not quality. Experience will be different depends on support
The ease of not having to constantly man the emails or sending homes directly. It is a nice system, and it gives you peace of mind knowing that if you go out of town or aren't able to send emails, or text, it will do it for you. Also, a nice feature is the holiday emails where you can send out to all of your contacts. It is a nice feature that you can see when you last contacted them no matter what form of contact it was. The software is fairly simple to use and there are instructional videos to go back to that will walk you through each step, so you won't have to constantly call for help. Just make sure that you get a good support staff assigned to you, or your experience won't be great. I wish I would have realized this sooner. The system will work if you work it as you are told and expected. You have to make calls and this system will record the times you have reached out.
CONSThe fact that it will send emails letting clients know they aren't from you, when you just sent a personal email or called them.. Wish they recognized it, so if you have them on a drip, it wouldn't send out emails acting as if you haven't spoke, when you actually did/

Cinc review
I’m getting a few closings but not enough to justify the price for the year of service. But I do like the convenience of having the app and mls linked to it.
PROSI like that I can do everything on my phone so I can be anywhere
CONSI get too many, wrong numbers, just looking, accidentally pressed the button, and non replying leads for how many leads I receive. I get a lot of inquiries and showing requests and not one has contacted me back. I’m upset at the time wasted on crap leads. I’m not making my money back and wasting a lot of time trying to communicate with these leads that aren’t even interested.

Cinc has went down hill
Commission inc has went down hill since I started using them 4-5 years ago... while other companies have been innovative they’ve remained stagnant. The worst part of maintaining my loyalty with them is that their customer service is atrocious. They care way more about what makes it easy on their staff then what really is important.. their customers. We finally pulled the plug on cinc and switched to Boomtown and there is absolutely no comparison. Boomtown beats out cinc on absolutely every front. Boomtown appreciates my business as well! I wouldn’t recommend cinc to anyone after experiencing what a good CRM can do for my team.
PROSHonestly I only stayed with them because I was familiar with them.
