Which is a system that all our Reps already used. We love how it can create an event or task right there in Gmail.

I liked how granular the analytics reporting is from a very early stage. It's easy to navigate quickly between intervals to show different growth.

Technical support is good at sending 'canned' responses.

The features in this product were great, but lacked  in a couple areas needed for our customer support department. Our sales team is pretty happy with it, though.

Cirrus is the best integration between Gmail and Salesforce that I have found - bar none. If that is what you need more than anything - then this product will fit that perfectly.

Customer support is terrible. No training upon initiation.

I cannot tell you how annoying it was to submit emails to Salesforce and then have to go in individually to attach it to an object.

The software is generally easy to use and integrate. Sometimes the side panel can make the email screen too small to read easier but it can be collapsed if your not actively using it.

Cirrus allows us to easily assign important emails to our contacts and opportunities to meet our legislated record keeping requirements.

I have always had a hard time with Cirrus not working.

This more than makes the investment worth it, but the email open/click tracking is also super useful, as is the ability to create follow-up tasks and set delayed send times.

It was very easy to adapt to my company, it is very didact, it is quite orderly, I am pleased to be able to see the total purchases that each client made, the invoicing and the expenses per project.

Also, the integration with other applications to automate some managerial functions is excellent. Efficiency in its maximum splendor.

I've tried many paid and refunded apps, but I think I've found one that I'll be able to use in the future.

Some graphics look a bit old-fashioned and I miss an integration with Integromat, but I can live with that.

Flowlu is such a nice tool wich so many features included. You do not have to pay for any features because everything is included and the price is really amazing for that massive functions.

Great Software with lots of features love the mindmapping tool. Very cool that there are apps.

Support is amazing and the knowledge base is great. There is a great community on Facebook where you can connect with other users and get some more tips.

The onboarding exercises are great and be prepared to take your time going through all the tutorials. It's a great tool with a learning curve but well worth it.

I can stop looking for the Holy Grail, wasting time sampling other apps.
