  • Pros

  • Which is a system that all our Reps already used. We love how it can create an event or task right there in Gmail.
  • I liked how granular the analytics reporting is from a very early stage. It's easy to navigate quickly between intervals to show different growth.
  • Cons

  • Customer support is terrible. No training upon initiation.
  • No fault of Cirrus Insight; it is simply a suitability comment.

  • Google Contacts works great for our business to store all of our clients contact information. We use G Suite for email so all contacts are easily accessible.
  • Back-up is simple to upload and retrieve. This ensures that you never lose another business contact, and you can remain in contact providing good customer service.
  • Cons

  • You can't also edit (at least) the name and surname of your contact, so you lost context when you have to change to another page.
  • All of this reasoning is why I have not much to report on the negative front in regards to this particular software.
