Which is a system that all our Reps already used. We love how it can create an event or task right there in Gmail.

I liked how granular the analytics reporting is from a very early stage. It's easy to navigate quickly between intervals to show different growth.

Technical support is good at sending 'canned' responses.

The features in this product were great, but lacked  in a couple areas needed for our customer support department. Our sales team is pretty happy with it, though.

Cirrus is the best integration between Gmail and Salesforce that I have found - bar none. If that is what you need more than anything - then this product will fit that perfectly.

Customer support is terrible. No training upon initiation.

I cannot tell you how annoying it was to submit emails to Salesforce and then have to go in individually to attach it to an object.

I have recommended this software for our company and others because of its ease of use and ability to log emails, set reminders and even schedule meetings within you gmail inbox.

Generally all-inclusive email analytics software. Somewhat roundabout UI but good overall.

Additionally, the meeting setup is the best I have seen and very simple to use (integrates into your google calendar as well).

The main purpose (logging emails into salesforce) of this product is very useful & the price is great.

The integration is robust and features such as email sync, calendar sync and campaigns are very useful. Email templates also save a lot of time.

The old cirrus insight was great, we could track emails, set reminders and had salesforce CRM integration.

The software is easy to use. It is easy to build templates, and to build out flight plans.

Cirrus Insight is great for large organizations, particularly those running large CRM databases.

While the basic features can be found for free on some platforms, the powerful, unique features are worth the subscription.

The software is generally easy to use and integrate. Sometimes the side panel can make the email screen too small to read easier but it can be collapsed if your not actively using it.

Cirrus allows us to easily assign important emails to our contacts and opportunities to meet our legislated record keeping requirements.

I have always had a hard time with Cirrus not working.

This more than makes the investment worth it, but the email open/click tracking is also super useful, as is the ability to create follow-up tasks and set delayed send times.

I look forward to the developments that Cirrus brings out in the coming months/years. I am quite satisfied with this app and will use it for as long as Salesforce is around.

I love Cirrus Insight and feel like it is the best way to ensure tracking and data entry into Salesforce.

If emails were opened too many times the granular details would no longer be available.

The biggest thing I like about the software is how easy it integrates with Gmail.

This is not a regular occurrence, but when it happens, it’s annoying.

From what I have gathered Cirrus is a pretty competitively prices solution.

Google Contacts works great for our business to store all of our clients contact information. We use G Suite for email so all contacts are easily accessible.

Back-up is simple to upload and retrieve. This ensures that you never lose another business contact, and you can remain in contact providing good customer service.

I like that you can take contacts from anywhere and the customer service is great.

Also, there are a lot of integrations that I can use as well as a nice sleek design that will make it easy to work on your contacts seamlessly.

Sadly for messages from Google Classroom it didn't recognize the same name or ID, so you have to create another filter to broadcasted messages on Classroom.

I love how accesible It is and that it is super easy to use and to explain to others in the work environment.

You can't also edit (at least) the name and surname of your contact, so you lost context when you have to change to another page.

Google Contacts became much important for everyone nowadays, it has the brilliant option that everyone can save their contacts by availing this option.

All of this reasoning is why I have not much to report on the negative front in regards to this particular software.

The software is simple to use and the price is reasonable. I also appreciate that it pulls in contact photos of other Google mail contacts.

Best product I have ever used. Really easy to use and have had great customer service when i have had to call support.

It is good effort for saving time and cost effective system retrieved contact.

Now that I help run a business I love it even more because they've integrated with facebook so well that the appointments and contacts can be on both and only have to input it to one of the two.

Overall I recommend Google contacts. Contacts are extremely important in today's world and good contacts keeps the info I need where I can reach it anywhere I am.

My overall experience has been amazing and I will continue to use Google Contacts for all my devices. I would also recommend it to anyone.

I love the ability to store all of our realtor information into my Google Contacts on my laptop and them using my phone to contact them in the future.

Easy to use, learn and understand and set up with easy accessibility anywhere in the world, has a clean user interface, keeps my contacts safe and easy to recover if need be.

They have saved my bacon more than once, especially when it comes to switching phones. The quick restore once I sign in to my account is a godsend.
