Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact that you can save your templates, and insert them when you need it. It is very easy to use.

  • I like that it is very easy to sync with Salesforce CRM. I can even create new contacts or accounts from my Gmail through Cirrus.

  • Cons

  • We have had some issues with mapping CVs to candidate records, but other than that, it has been a great product

  • The software is generally easy to use and integrate. Sometimes the side panel can make the email screen too small to read easier but it can be collapsed if your not actively using it.

  • Pros

  • Nice interface. Easy to use. The reports are well displayed.

  • It is clean design wise. It is also easy to use and easy to integrate with your software. We moved from Mailchimp and have not looked back. It is so easy, our designers picked it up within a day.

  • Cons

  • The price could be a bit lower compared with the competition, but still not a deal breaker.

  • Their documentation is a bit scarce in some areas which causes some delay when you first have to contact support, however, their support staff is top notch and always responds in a timely fashion.
