Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the fact that you can save your templates, and insert them when you need it. It is very easy to use.

  • I like that it is very easy to sync with Salesforce CRM. I can even create new contacts or accounts from my Gmail through Cirrus.

  • Cons

  • We have had some issues with mapping CVs to candidate records, but other than that, it has been a great product

  • The software is generally easy to use and integrate. Sometimes the side panel can make the email screen too small to read easier but it can be collapsed if your not actively using it.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, holds so much user information, and customer support is great.

  • Like that the layout is pretty intuitive. The price is nice as well. Customer service and inboarding was helpful.

  • Cons

  • Email editor and content calendar can be a little clunky, but customer service is very helpful to resolve issues

  • Visitor ID is still a bit primitive. SharpSpring is fairly candid about that. Still a great time-saver...but could be so much better!
