Great Value for Intuitive CRM that Our Staff Uses.

It didn't quite fit the needs of our organization, but I think it could be good for organizations that are starting up.

Clarity has been spot-on with their support, professional, efficient and honest with us. In the early stages of adoption we were frustrated with the integration of Clarity and our staff.

Price is right for what you get and much more affordable than industry standards. Training with online/youtube options has been very good.

Customer service is great. Great product and company.

The graphics and general user interface design were very important to us and Claritysoft scored high is this area. It's customizable and fun.

This becomes confusing for the sales team because it shows in both places. Most CRM’s that have multiple pipelines take the Pipeline down to the Stage level.

Additionally, there are no email marketing automation features to auto send emails to customers - something I hear Claritysoft is adding, but haven't seen/used it personally to be able to comment on.

Implementation with email has been slow due to issues in our Kerio email. Data filters are very sensitive to syntax and can be annoying to deal with.

Customer service is very helpful and always available to assist. Helps track sales, opportunities, follow-ups, etc.

In addition, the customer service team has been fantastic. In my career, I have never worked with a CRM team that responds and gets issues resolved so quickly.

Once the trial ended they charged us for a year contract and the sales person said that she had no recollection of ever starting a trial with us.

Easy to use but implementation with email integration has been slow.

It's been a very good experience overall, big time. The ease of use good GUI is the biggest.

Once the setup is complete the functionality is great and pulling reports is super easy.

The best and most customizable. If you really want to search your data in any complexity, and actually find it, so you can do something with those people and records, this is the software to have.

Inexpensive, user friendly, has built in marketing and tickets, settings are easy to manage, and setup was easy.

It takes time for the calls to be uploaded into  ExecVision which can be frustrating because in the moment you want to figure out where your call went wrong before you proceed with more calls.

I can never find the calls that I want - not labeled correctly or easy to find. I really hate how I go to find a call and it is labeled wrong and I am unable to search it.

I am not sure what I have to say about the software that is bad. Maybe the audio playback.

I love the editing and scoring capabilities within execvision. It's great to receive feedback and then give feedback where needed.

I know this is a problem on our end but my first call wasn't recorded because the default is set to not record all my calls.
