  • Pros

  • It's been a very good experience overall, big time. The ease of use good GUI is the biggest.
  • Overall, Claritysoft CRM offers a range of features and benefits that can help businesses improve their sales, marketing, and customer support efforts, making it a popular choice for many users.
  • My experience has been OUTSTANDING. Our onboarding trainer Linda Woehler has been fantastic and helpful in every way.
  • Cons

  • This becomes confusing for the sales team because it shows in both places. Most CRM’s that have multiple pipelines take the Pipeline down to the Stage level.
  • Implementation with email has been slow due to issues in our Kerio email. Data filters are very sensitive to syntax and can be annoying to deal with.
  • Additionally, there are no email marketing automation features to auto send emails to customers - something I hear Claritysoft is adding, but haven't seen/used it personally to be able to comment on.

  • Ease of use, visual/aesthetic ability is fantastic (really helps to keep staff engaged), and support provided to help get you up and running.
  • It is a rare thing to find software you can "grow into" and that can actually help you as you mature your sales model. It is intuitive, flexible and excellent value for money.
  • I have been very impressed with the Pipeliner customer support. They have been very responsive when I have questions and have good follow up.
  • Cons

  • It cannot easily be operated offline from both the desk top and mobile app version. This makes some of your work inaccessible should you find yourself in place with poor or no internet connectivity.
  • I can't really say what I dislike about it as this is my first experience with CRM platforms as a whole. I'm just getting to know Pipelner.
  • This will be blocking point for businesses with other working languages such as French etc.
