Great Value for Intuitive CRM that Our Staff Uses.

It didn't quite fit the needs of our organization, but I think it could be good for organizations that are starting up.

Clarity has been spot-on with their support, professional, efficient and honest with us. In the early stages of adoption we were frustrated with the integration of Clarity and our staff.

Price is right for what you get and much more affordable than industry standards. Training with online/youtube options has been very good.

Customer service is great. Great product and company.

The graphics and general user interface design were very important to us and Claritysoft scored high is this area. It's customizable and fun.

This becomes confusing for the sales team because it shows in both places. Most CRM’s that have multiple pipelines take the Pipeline down to the Stage level.

Additionally, there are no email marketing automation features to auto send emails to customers - something I hear Claritysoft is adding, but haven't seen/used it personally to be able to comment on.

Implementation with email has been slow due to issues in our Kerio email. Data filters are very sensitive to syntax and can be annoying to deal with.

Customer service is very helpful and always available to assist. Helps track sales, opportunities, follow-ups, etc.

In addition, the customer service team has been fantastic. In my career, I have never worked with a CRM team that responds and gets issues resolved so quickly.

Once the trial ended they charged us for a year contract and the sales person said that she had no recollection of ever starting a trial with us.

Easy to use but implementation with email integration has been slow.

It's been a very good experience overall, big time. The ease of use good GUI is the biggest.

Once the setup is complete the functionality is great and pulling reports is super easy.

The best and most customizable. If you really want to search your data in any complexity, and actually find it, so you can do something with those people and records, this is the software to have.

This software can do A LOT - much more than what I need it for. That can sometimes be confusing.

You need to take filters very seriously. If I configure mailing in SendPulse incorrectly, most messages will be sent to spam.

She said they would not respond to the scammer, even though they have their email. I fault the company for having no protocol for fraud.

What I loved about SendPulse in email marketing is that it has a free tier for up to 2500 subscribers, so you get to try it for free. The other main advantage is the automation features.

There was a bit of a learning curve for the first email, the inability to create an email campaign from the app.

Its fits good for email marketing as it is very easy to use.

Send Pulse is easy to use and effective. I have tried using other email companies but I found Send Pulse to be to easiest to use.

The API integration feature is a nice one to have, as I don't want to manually import my thousands of emails from old services.
