Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The native integration to our CRM is great for list management and tracking of email stats for contacts.

  • Integrated with Dynamics 365. Appeared to have all the features we needed. Allowed us to consolidate our email marketing.

  • Cons

  • The design features are limited unless you can write in code. There was a new email designer released, but still not very advanced.

  • when I get support, there's 2-3 different ways to do things, and no one seems to agree on the best way.

  • Pros

  • The interface and side menus are great and the easy of use.

  • Love the accuracy and efficiency of this software. Makes my everyday work flow so much easier and more efficient.

  • Cons

  • The navigation within the internal system can initially be a bit difficult (i.e. the naming of the tabs are not always clear), but once you know where to click, it's not too bad.

  • Background workflow good but still not as flexible as others, Salesforce service cloud for example.
