My overall experience has been very positive, great customer service, general ease of use and pleasantly surprised by all the built in functionality. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros This is overall very well thought through platform that handles everything I need to cover with the clients of my consulting company. All of the features are well integrated, the UI I find mostly intuitive, with a few things that I wish were slightly reorganized, but honestly way less of that than most platforms which often don't seem as though the creators actually have tested or used it. I get the feeling with Clientjoy that they are really listening to customers and making improvements that keep streamlining functionality for users. Their customer service has been very amazing, always prompt and professional- always asking for feedback, which is very encouraging. I can do everything I need to do with my clients in this one platform. It's very easy to onboard a new client and once your documents, proposals and contracts are set up to send out custom docs using these integrations. I haven't had any clients complain or have any trouble with the customer portal. #### Cons There were initial loading issues at the early stages that appeared to have been ironed out. My only complaint is that I really need web forms to onboard customers and they've been saying this is coming for like a year and a half, and still no lead forms. I can't imagine I'm the only one who sees this as a critical feature, but based on how much they appear to listen to customers there must not be much demand for this feature, because it just stays on the roadmap and has not been addressed yet. This is really my only pinpoint with the software. #### Reasons for switching to Clientjoy Price. They have proposals, agreements, and contracts.The invoices are easy to set up and use. I am a big fan of the notices I get when a client opens the email with the invoice. I can even see when they open the invoice. #### Cons I would like to see forms added to the feature list. Some type of client onboarding form to collect information about the business for example: products/services, pricing, Bio's company mission statement. #### Reasons for choosing Clientjoy I choose Clientjoy over the other products I reviews because it was simple straight to the point and easy to use. I don't have time to learn a complicated system. From the first demo meeting to the startup of the free trial. Whilst testing it out I realized that this is the exact solution that I have been looking for for quite some time. What I like most is the client portal, the notes per client, the opportunity for clients to upload files, sign documents and navigate to various different locations within the client portal. Client Joy has a wealth of tools to help any business (small, medium and large) save time, money and look professional at the same time. The solution provides numerous automation integrations that help businesses quickly manage sales pipelines, contacts, email inboxes, mobile apps, client portals, calendar bookings, etc. So, no more scrambling on different platforms; everything is happening under one roof. Clientjoy CRM is one of the best CRMs for small businesses. The overall workflow is improved, and the user experience is greatly enhanced. - The system lets me schedule/split recurring payments and sends me reminders for the same. #### Cons I think the folks at Clientjoy can improve one thing: adding more templates to the mix to provide more options. Generating split, recurring, and scheduled invoices.
