ClientZen efficiently helps us monitoring continuously our customers feedback across all communication channels. Its intuitive interface saves us time on a daily basis, and makes it truly easy to onboard our colleagues on the app. Overall, our favorite ClientZen features are : - a wide-range of integrations, - an ever-evolving algorithm, - an accurate sentiment score reflecting customers perception, - its endlessly customisable filters, making our researches easy & fast, and topic creation & surveillance a piece of cake. Last but foremost : ClientZen's team is friendly, reliable, efficient & proactive at all times.

Cons:

Nothing to report. We have yet to find a negative aspect.

\-the interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to onboard and navigate right away. -ClientZen provides highly accurate insights, even for large volumes of feedback, which has been crucial for understanding customer sentiment. -he support team is very responsive and always willing to offer assistance when needed.

Cons:

\-some integrations with our existing tools are still unavailable, so we had to manually upload CSV files, which added some friction. -for larger datasets, the analysis process can take several hours.

Pros:

The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and extract insights. I was impressed by the accurate information it provided for the large sample of reviews that I used. This helped us get a good understanding of our customer sentiment. Another big plus is the support team's responsiveness and willingness to help and provide additional information.

Cons:

I would have loved to have more integrations built in instead of relying on using CSV files for some of our data. Another improvement that I see is in the analysis time — it can take a few hours if you have a large volume of data.
