  • Pros

  • Filtering lists made it easy. Phone and text worked great.
  • The calling through Close.io is great, call recording great, ability to create custom lists for lead calling also great.
  • Cons

  • The UX/design of the website is starting to get a little annoying.
  • The way things were set up, it made it difficult to manage Parent Child orgs for our Enterprise department.

  • I like the SaaS Model, and our sale point of contact is the greatest.
  • Its mobile friendly meaning its easy to review notes or update on-the-go and the email tools built in are very useful, even if not the most robust email system.
  • Cons

  • Clunky - it was hard to learn some of the processes, and they are not the most intuitive - the interface seems very dated.
  • Emails sent out via NXT should be automatically added to constituent's record. Difficult setting up new users on the system.
