  • Pros

  • I like the dashboard for tracking daily tasks to accomplish.
  • It also can integrate with Outlook, and I am pretty sure it works with Google products as well.
  • Cons

  • Seems to be a little strange on the mobile app. Sometimes saves many times for same entry.
  • The report side of the program was confusing and difficult to understand and lacked functionality for me.

  • I like the SaaS Model, and our sale point of contact is the greatest.
  • Its mobile friendly meaning its easy to review notes or update on-the-go and the email tools built in are very useful, even if not the most robust email system.
  • Cons

  • Clunky - it was hard to learn some of the processes, and they are not the most intuitive - the interface seems very dated.
  • Emails sent out via NXT should be automatically added to constituent's record. Difficult setting up new users on the system.
