I like the dashboard for tracking daily tasks to accomplish.

It also can integrate with Outlook, and I am pretty sure it works with Google products as well.

Seems to be a little strange on the mobile app. Sometimes saves many times for same entry.

So easy to teach on the road fundraisers to enter actions and notes. I love the mile radius search.

NXT is better, but it still might be a sledgehammer to kill an ant -- that is, too complicated for use by most small or moderate-sized organizations.

They most love the portfolio management features, the donor lifecycle framework for tracking acquisition, retention and recapture, and the non-techy look, feel, and nomenclature.

Integration with onsite systems made it easy to use.

This is not the first time I have had this SAME experience from the new Blackbaud. New leadership appears to be clueless to the horrible experiences from their staff.

They are always responsive, and they try their best to provide you with a solution.

The interface is so modern and simple, allowing users to have more comfort with the system.

I don't think it is intentional deception, just a failure to be thorough in investigation of needs.

Everyone in our department uses it with ease, and it is easy to learn. They have good customer service and can help you through problems.

Well worth the price for a strong donation management tool.
