Cons:

all for me is good, in the end I usually find what I want. Sometimes Cognism only shows the company’s main number, and I’d really like to get the direct number of the customer instead.

The data is accurate, and the platform gives us a lot of flexibility to connect with leads in different ways. We’ve seen better results from our campaigns and are able to reach more of the right people. If you're looking for a reliable tool to improve your outreach, this one’s definitely worth considering. The contact data is much better in EMEA region as compared to what ZoomInfo offers, we have seen a tremendous ROI on the data acquired from Cognism for few licenses in EMEA as compared to ZoomInfo. The product team is great and is willing to accommodate our needs and asks. Working like a true partner vs. treating you as a customer. I would definitely recommend them.

Cons:

There are certain features that other tools offer as compared to Cognism. Things like company hierarchy, more detailed information, scoops, etc. Focusing a bit more on the account intel and the UX around it would make a great difference.
