The Product roadmap, albeit a bit late on the modernization (such as redesigning the product into a true microservice solution), shows innovation remains to be at the forefront. Application of Global Practices allows the product to evolve and keep up to par, therefore allowing the customer to likewise remain ahead.

Cost to host and maintain the Platform is high vs what the enterprise needs today. We are not fully using all of the capabilities of the platform but the cost is for the full stack even if not in use.
