Contactually is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software that enables businesses to drive personalized communication with their clients. The solution helps with identifying new relationships, following possible leads, generating new referrals, closing opportunities and driving business growth. With Contactually, businesses can organize their contact list into multiple categories and engage with different sets of audiences accordingly.

Contactually offers a dashboard for tracking daily follow-ups, scheduling events on a centralized calendar and monitoring engagement with key clients. Businesses can create multiple buckets from their contact list and configure sales pipelines across multiple channels. 

With Contactually, businesses can automate their workflow by applying rules to a number of actions. The solution is capable of integrating with multiple email service providers such as Gmail, Outlook or any other IMAP-based email. Other features include processing client engagement history and generating business insights, assigning and distributing leads among the workforce and tracking business activity through the Contactually mobile app available for Android and iOS.

Contactually does everything right!

Overall, this CRM lives up to its reputation. It isn't cheap but I've seen more expensive systems that actually suck. If you have it in the budget and also want a CRM that has vast capabilities and marketing -- this is your CRM.

Pros

This system is very user friendly. I picked it up within only a few days. Customization is vast but made so its not overwhelming. It is designed so well and is so amazingly intuitive it is super easy to use and makes you like using the system. The template library is huge but structured very well so it's not daunting. The templates also feel more personal and not a cookie-cutter mass email. The Bucked game is fantastic for getting those who drag their feet about categorizing need clients. Overall, this software is the bees-knees!

Cons

There are very few cons I found to the system. The largest one for my company is the reporting. It has basic reporting capabilities but we need a more robust reporting system to track all types of income from deals, especially the ability to see monthly revenue, total sale and the commission from this, lost $, etc... They are working on getting more reporting capabilities but doesn't help in the present.

Another con-ish thing is a pro and a con. It syncs SUPER well with systems, especially with Gmail--- almost too well. We get so many mass-emails about other agent's open houses and it pulls all these people into the CRM. While it's handy, it can be frustrating at times. I wish there was a plug-in for multiple email platforms where you could choose email you want to link (or unlink) to the system.

And finally, this one isn't really a big con for us but could be for those on a limited budget, the price isn't cheap; however, in my experience--- you get what you pay for. I'd say for us, Contactually is TOTALLY worth every penny.

Contactually continues to improve and expand the value they bring to their Real Estate CRM

Contactually helps me keep on top of my contacts, relationships and follow ups. I love how user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and simple the website and app as well as the functionality are.

Pros

the real time linking with your email to show you emails to and from the client....and the newly added toolbar aspect whereby a right hand extension opens when you are in an email with a client or affiliated vendor

Cons

the follow up features/emails etc. were somewhat lacking...however, they have improved this aspect incredibly

Does the Job for CRM and Email Automation!

Overall, I like Contactually. It is one of the easier and more eye-pleasing platforms that is out there for CRM and campaign management.

Pros

I like that Contactually is farely easy to learn to input your clients/contacts into the database. I also really like the feature that allows you to flag your contacts, and based on those flags, can send automated messages. This can help streamline tasks like on-boarding and keeping track of the process flow.

Cons

Finding features can be kind of a challenge.

Contactually Concierge Service

We are still relatively new to the service (just over one year). Caroline has made a major difference in making Contactually integrate with our other systems.

Pros

Caroline Long is our representative. We were a client of Contactually when they offered their new Concierge Service. We signed up immediately as it was just what we needed. We were not fully using the tools within Contactually when Caroline was assigned to our account.

We are very happy with her work and would recommend her and this service for other Contactually accounts.

Cons

We need texting within Contactually. We can only cut and paste presently to record these interactions.

Best Real Estate CRM

I have been a user for many years. When I first signed up it took me some time to get comfortable but the product go better and I got a lot of support from the contractually team. they listen to the users feedback and work with you. Love my personal concierge Caroline Long keeping me accountable and on top of my database.

Pros

everything.. buckets, scale mail.. best Real estate CRM I have ever used.

Cons

phone app, it got better over time but use to crash a lot. I now don't use it much so cant really say much.

Best CRM, Worst Customer Service

Pros

It's ease of use, overall visual appearance and it's excellent features for client follow up and maintenance.

Cons

Customer service always quick on chat but unresolved issues go, well, unresolved, for weeks. Zero follow up after multiple emails on 3 different occasions. Most tech platforms I use for real estate have issues resolved within minutes. Contactually takes weeks and multiple attempts to reach/resolve. I really hope no one has this experience but notice that others have as well after reading reviews. Too bad I like it so much or I'd go elsewhere. Good for you Contactually.

Amazing and Robust! I love it

It was difficult to followup and stay engaged with all the new leads and prospects I have, it was a daunting task that I could not keep up with. Contactually takes every lead from multiple sources and emails and puts them into one place, where I can track all interactions and engagement, and it allows me to use templates for emails so that I can generate automated email programs to ensure I remain engaged. With automated reminders and tasks I can ensure that no lead is ever forgotten.

Pros

The ability for it to link to multiple email accounts, because as a real estate agent I use muiltiple accounts. I also love the overall robustness of the programs, the templates, and the training videos are super informative.

Cons

At this point nothing. I was literally blown away by the features this program provides.

An average web-based customer relationship management suite.

Pros

The application helps people to control and manage their contacts activities. It can import contacts from an account already created and allows the user to make categories, merge accounts and automate actions for follow-up emails. The application has a good user interface and a very dedicated support service center. They do have a decent bucket system and email templates and even includes email automation. It has all the features that you require for implementing CRM for a small business. Easy to send the template emails and schedule.

Cons

They have some glitches, that sometimes you end up losing your unsaved and even saved work. It has some issue with merging, where they merge unwanted data that leads to duplication of work. This product is very much overpriced and you will find a lot of applications with the same features on the market that are priced way lesser than contractually. It eats up a lot of your time. The application lacks in advanced features, you would find that none of your requests about features will be implemented.

Great CRM for a great price

Pros

This software does a great job of staying on top of your client relations and reminding you to keep in touch with them. I really like the bucket system for the contacts.

Cons

I think the software needed a better way to filter tasks. It felt like if they accumulated too fast for me, then I never got to the end of my task list.

Pros

Like working with Contactually. Has all the features you need as a small or medium-sized business owner. Flexible, easy set-up.

Cons

The tool is not GDPR compliant, and it seems they will not do anything about that. That is the reason why I stopped using it this year. Pitty...

I like that Contactually geared specifically to real estate. Syncing my email and contacts was easy and convenient.

After trying many CRM's I found this to be the most user friendly.

I can keep track of all my clients and stay connected in a way I wasn't able to previously.

Pros

Ease of use and the bucket system make this the go to CRM for realtors. I love that it can read my emails and recognize when I have a new contact or knows when there are double contacts. I am in my 9th year of real estate and wish I had found this sooner.

Cons

I think I may need to upgrade to an automatic drip campaign version as it's tricky to figure out what to keep emailing contacts about.

Good for "bucketing" contacts

Pros

Free trial period to test-run the software. 2 week trial is long enough to dump all your contacts and then spend a week grouping your contacts using the "bucket game" and then export to use in a different software, if it doesnt work for you. Gamification aspect helps you get through the not-fun task of categorizing leads. Nice-looking interface has a friendly and warm look to it, compared to most CRM's--may help with encouraging one to get in there and start making calls.

Cons

Expensive subscription for a single realtor. Data entry required for new contacts, which in the age of Gmail integrations, shouldn't be a requirement of any CRM software anymore. This product really depends on the user to be always categorizing. Predictive technology of who the hot leads are needs to be the direction for the future of the product.

Use to organize my sphere of influence for my business.

Pros

I like that you can organize your contacts easily as well as upload brand new contacts and put notes down for that contact so I can remember exactly who they are.

Cons

I don't like that it took me awhile to learn my way around the software and how to get everything organized, but after a while of using it I got the hang of it.

Great CRM software

Pros

Easy to use and it stores every bit of information you need to keep track of your client data in one system.

Cons

There were reports of the software actually mixing up customer data so I'm afraid this might happen. I hope they update the software continually so this doesn't happen.

Great tool for the forgetful

Easily and automatically tracks who I have contacted, when I have done so, and when I need to reach out to them again. For busy professionals seeking to develop and maintain relationships, this is critical, as it allows you to keep yourself fresh in mind for top referrers and clients.

Cons

The interface could be a bit laggy on Safari. As with many cloud-based platforms, I recommend you use the Chrome browser if on a Mac.

Buckets are the coolest thing ever

Pros

Put your contacts into the `Buckets then its up to you to set how often you want those contacts to hear get messages from your company. They also have reminders you can set if you want so you remember to contact certain people. I use this for real estate purposes.

Cons

Not much i dont like about this software. It does exactly what it states. Customer service is phenomenal
