Pros:

Contentcamel delivers immediate usability for our sales team, with a low learning curve (important). It's also not so lightweight that we'll need to swap it out in 6 months as our team continues to grow in headcount and complexity (also important)! It's the goldilocks of the sales enablement solutions we've tested so far.

Cons:

I'm sure it's on the horizon, but a prediction engine that recommends what content to based on email content and salesforce activity stage... that'd be Bad Ass.

Reasons for switching to Content Camel

Tried confluence, g drive, showpad, and other solutions to host our content arsenal. Navigating through G Drive folders is hilariously broken, and others like showpad comically bloated and clunky. Confluence was okay, but the last thing I want our team of sales reps doing is wasting time context-switching back and forth between different tabs. Teams should use tools that facilitate focus, not distraction.
