Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Copper is the best CRM I have used. The fact it integrates with Google is amazing. The service has been great and it is very customizable

  • I like that it works quickly out of the box, and the strong integrations with Google Apps.

  • Cons

  • some of the reporting is limited, or not as easy to generate out of the box. Work with account manager is helpful here.

  • The mobile app is a little slow sometimes but I am sure the Prosperworks team is working on it. Other than that, it can be expensive for larger teams.

  • Pros

  • It works great- ease of transition and works across all of Mac

  • Pure Mac app. I loved the interface and the flexibility. The email integration is great. I found data entry and management really easy.

  • Cons

  • While it’s a solid, unhesitatingly buy for Mac shops, it’s unable to integrate well with A heterogenous shop— PCs and Androids don’t play well with it.

  • Firstly it is a little bit difficult to set up and get used to use but once you get used everything will be perfect
