I like the ease of use and that is is compatible with my Google email, makes going between email and CRM seamless.

Easy to set up and use, great UI. The tight integration with Gmail is really the killer feature for us.

In our case, a multi-language Knowledge Base is missing to make the KB more complete.

This is easy to use, clear and customisable. The recent updates to the template editor are welcome and allow us to make our help centre our own.

In one month, most of the customer service cases are in production. Migration and integration with other platforms are also very easy and in record time.

Businesses need to incorporate all elements of the flywheel in order to ensure the best possible user experience. Keep up the good work Hubspot.

For example, you cannot use HubSpot forms to populate custom Ticket properties, which renders them almost useless as a means of collecting information about the customer's problem.

Hubspot is very responsive and provides excellent customer service.

On top of this, the customer support is awesome. They are quick to respond and super helpful.

The Hubspot Knowledge Base is still missing some critical elements. The biggest feature missing (IMHO) is the ability to have articles appear in multiple locations.

There is room for improvement but the Hubspot staff always listen to my feedback. On the occasions when I have needed help they have been immensely helpful and attentive.

They provide all the assistance you need, so as long as you're willing to investigate and ask for help, this is a really nice product.

The best tool for a greater workflow, you can do everything you need to give the best elements for your clients.

I like that Hubspot tracks emails and calls easily and makes it simple to track leads and active customers. I also like that it integrates with slack and google calendar.

The tool has allowed us to get quick responses, see where we excel and shine within our industry as well as where we can improve all from the voice of our customers. Love working with this tool.

It's easy to use and intuitive, much like the other Hubspot software modules. It's clean, simple, and the new beta templates are great.

I loved being able to tie tasks to the customer on the CRM side of things and loved being able to utilized the chat feature to make service tickets.

Their support is readily available and they take feedback really well. As a whole, they are great to work with and always have a good interaction with their team.

The ease of setup was the best thing about it, and given that it integrated seamlessly with our preexisting HubSpot apps, it was a no-brainer.

There is no visibility into our chatbot conversations before they are handed off to a human.

Ease of use has been great and the addition of the Custom Templates has added nice personalization. Organizing is a breeze by being able to drag and drop categories, subcategories and articles.

If you have more than 5 pipelines we should have a large screen, or else you will get bored of doing scroll aside.

It helps you to keep a record and a track of each subject, which is good for not forgetting anything.
