Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's very easy to use, loads quickly and I love that the mobile version allows me to do everything I need to do even when I'm away from my desktop.

  • Very streamlined. No extra "features" that muddy the waters. Fast, responsive. Great customer service.

  • Cons

  • There are a few advanced features that I wish were available at the basic level. Otherwise, the product is too expensive at higher levels.

  • some of the reporting is limited, or not as easy to generate out of the box. Work with account manager is helpful here.

  • Pros

  • The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.

  • Single place to manage your workstations. Great patching product, great control product, awesome scripting engine.

  • Cons

  • Navigation in the console could be improved. There is a slight learning curve, but once you discover where all of the features are it becomes easy to use.

  • Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.
