Our email campaigns wouldn't look as good as they do in other tools simply because they can't function like Cordial does. Overall it's helped ramped up our email program to be industry leading. Cons: Just the learning curve really, but that comes with most new systems and tools. With all the different functionality that comes with Cordial, logging in for the first time and diving into the tool can be overwhelming but there are plenty of resources online and with their support and account management teams that are able to help solve problems quickly and effectively. Cons: I think the only thing we find is sometimes Cordial may not easily integrate with some of our external partners.
