Pros/Cons
Pros
- The reporting features are the best thing about Cosential! the ability to build widgets and reports based on your database are the best.
- As a very visual person, the ease and impact of the dashboard widgets are a great. Seeing your information in charts and graphs really help to monitor our marketing progress.
- Their Support team is very good and has done an admirable job of addressing our frustrations in a positive, transparent and pro-active manner.
Cons
- The publisher portion is a little cumbersome but that is likely due to lack of training.
- Sometimes i pull in inactive or unknown and sometimes people seem to disappear and need to be pput back. Sometime hard to find where to add a company.
- The only thing that I would say is a negative is that sometimes you might have to double input data, it depends on how you use the software but that could potentially be a downside.
Pros
- From a team leadership perspective, Base CRM's ability to collaboration and seamlessly integrate in various aspects of a sales team are truly outstanding.
- This is the best out of the box tool I've used. The reporting capabilities are endless and incredibly strong but I think we like it best because the reps actually use it.
- Zendesk sell have been one of the best CRM software that I have tested and used in the past. It has very friendly UI and can be customized to your liking.
Cons
- Lack commonly functionalities other CRMs have. Poor reporting and extremely expensive for the poor reporting.
- Google apps sync is really bad, users all over the world complain about the very poor solution it.
- Email Syncing is not working as intended (however this could be an isolated issue due to something on my end - currently troubleshooting).
