However, the information that is requested is most useful and beneficial to listing your commercial property and all its details. Cons: The cost of Crexi to get the full package to where you can contact your leads and see their information with emails and/or contact phone numbers is actually more than what it cost through Loopnet, which is their direct competitor and they’re actually larger.
