Fantastic to use

A very good CRM software with updated concepts and user friendly UI. It has been deployed for some of the largest banking names of the world.

Features of CRMnext

Overall experience with CRMnext is pretty well and all in all one can go for the same as it have more than everything one needs to have as a CRM tool.

PROS

The most we as a team liked was the workflow management feature of the CRMnext where we were able to deal with multiple resources in the most effective ways and efficiently as well. Along with that we can say same for documents storage feature.

CONS

Sometimes using this software we used to feel lots of complexity in traversing through different screens and also some functionalities are difficult to understand for newbie so training then is another responsibility.

Reasons for switching to CRMnext

The above mentioned tools didn't have better documents storage feature and workflows management as we got in CRMnext.
