Fully satisfied with Cubilis and the team

We started our busisness in 2015 basically from scratch and Cubilis was recommended to us by our hotel software partners Vestibule. Cubilis is the perfect tool to manage all our connected OTAs, is super easy to use and the staff is always helpful, friendly and has answered all our questions. I can recommend Cubilis to everyone working with mulitple OTAs, from a 3 Apartment start up to a hotel chaing. You will find what you are looking for.

Cubilis is a very good Channel manager

We are a very satisfied customer of Cubilis, for years and years. What we appreciate and would like to point out is that the program is easy to use, as it is internet based we can have access at all times, everywhere in the world. Besides access to the availability and rate structure, we also have access to all bookings made through one of the OTA's including the statistics. The support department is always willing to assist and speaks our language, which is also very important to us.

Not suited for small business

My experience was not good at all, to the point that after 2 months of trying hard to get used to it, I decided it was gonna be impossible to start the season with it . I decided to change after 2 months … I had to pay the whole year in advance and they didn’t refund anything . It is more expensive than a lot of other system I checked . It was recommended by this wonderful system I was using and sadly shut down. I still don’t understand why base7 shut down, when it was so simple and quick to use, full of little things that made life easier, for a small business owner. Why they recommended cubilis I will never know .

PROS

What I was attracted to was the possibility to have an on request online booking system …

CONS

The fact that it is divided in 2 different system, stardekk and cubilis…. Confusing from the star .that is not compatible with I pad or I phones, didn’t agree with my logic at all, tedious to use , all tools are slow, from going across the calendar, to making an invoice … basically requires a person sitting at a desk 8 hours a day at least to process everything. Not suited for a small business that don t have so much time to spend in the office . There was also technical problems right from the star, maybe due to the fact I was working on an I pad …

Reasons for switching to Cubilis

Because it shut down, being bought by mews.

Perfect tool, amazing service

I was a little sceptic (because of the price) if I needed this service for my 7 rooms.. But very soon, with a lot of kind and efficient telephone help from Stardekk, I discovered Cubilis was my best buy ever. Removed me from a lot of unuseful stress of double bookings... Every day I have a perfect overview. Cubilis increased our quality of life, we can fully put our energy on serving our guests instead of spending time on verifying bookings.

Great channel management - perfect customer service

We manage +/- 500 apartments in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Paris. We use Cubilis for our channel management and we are overall extremely satisfied with the number of OTA's we can connect with. They always respond quickly upon receiving my email requests (and I email them often!) and with great expertise. They also keep you informed about the process of making new OTA connections. We can highly recommend Cubilis!
