Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and it is usable for various purpouses. The customer service acts quick and good It is not expansive

  • The many links and relationships are instrumental and easy to use and remember to use, and I absolutely love the mail integrator.

  • Cons

  • The app has a lot if limitation. The mail assistant is great, but complicated for answers on the go via the Iphone.

  • While it’s a solid, unhesitatingly buy for Mac shops, it’s unable to integrate well with A heterogenous shop— PCs and Androids don’t play well with it.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it is easy to use, also gives me the chance to move forward or backward in the recordings

  • The ease of use. Great reliabity with little or no down time. Works great for work at home agents.

  • Cons

  • At the time, the non CRM user interface was a little dated but easy to use and reliable.

  • It is kind of hard to get installed, and I have to go into it a weird way every day because it doesn't play nice with my Java, but I'm used to the back way now so it still works well.
