Sometimes when the App not find an internet connection and goes offline, it is impossibile to use it unless you do a forced quit and restart the App.

The UI is so confusing that I had trouble discovering the features that I needed.

The RingCentral integration is especially great with company wide caller ID that syncs with all Modules and the integration between the Zoho ecosystem is just great.

The calendar is pretty good, it has a very good and constant feedback, graphs and charts are really useful.
