Users can create templates and campaigns that can be customized by administrators. Deals, contacts, appointments and tasks can be linked with other deals, contacts, appointments, tasks, Web pages and documents. Desktop Sales Office also offers other features, such as printing and reporting for deals or contact lists. Activity logging provides an automatic series of log entries to track significant events and actions, such as starting or ending the program, opening or closing a pipeline file, editing a contact, sending an email, phone call and more.
