Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Clean, appealing interface and easy to navigate

  • Drip is easy to learn, quick to create broadcasts, can re-use and edit sent broadcasts, and the templates for creating campaigns are excellent.

  • Cons

  • It takes some getting used to when creating workflows and automations, but it's no more difficult to use than any other product out there.

  • There's a steep learning curve, but it's really as simple as it gets. Not a lot of good support for HTML emails, but that's okay--and they're making improvements.

  • Pros

  • I love the functionality and the ability to save me time when calling in blocks. The workflow is very intuitive and easy to use.

  • Easy to use, great support, and gets the job done. They have a great team that consistently goes above and beyond to help you out when you necessary.

  • Cons

  • Although it was easy to use, it did take some time to learn the process. I also wish outreach had a more open API to our staff developers.

  • There are some weird bugs at times but their support team is stellar in squashing them quickly.
