Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Clean, appealing interface and easy to navigate

  • Drip is easy to learn, quick to create broadcasts, can re-use and edit sent broadcasts, and the templates for creating campaigns are excellent.

  • Cons

  • There's a steep learning curve, but it's really as simple as it gets. Not a lot of good support for HTML emails, but that's okay--and they're making improvements.

  • It's not their core service but something Metrilo does great is eCommerce analytics. But Metrilo doesn't have as good integrations and features Drip offers.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, good price, great customer support, really nice interface!

  • Intuitive and lean interfaces, great flexibility in task and staff management and authorization,

  • Cons

  • Would be nice to have better integration with marketing tools. However, we're currently adopting a work around making use of the Zapier integration. Not ideal, but worth having in place.

  • Require more tools for project management. It is difficult to change the filters of the dashboard. The absence of a mobile application.
