Crushes the competition

I have worked for several dealerships and used just about every CRM out there. DriveCentric was hands down the best and most seamless.

PROS

The ease of communicating with customers on DriveCentric is unparalleled. The social media type interface is extremely clean, easy to navigate and has NONE of the fluff that you would find in VinSolutions or DealerSocket. Updating customer records is also extremely easy and the back end setup is simple and quick.

CONS

Was not a fan of the AI and the mobile version was sluggish at times.

Reason for choosing DriveCentric

Easy to look at, easy to navigate quickly and communication was always the forefront of the application.
