Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

No usable security at all so there is no way to control when employees access system or from where.

RepairShopr has so much functionality. Personally I strongly believe RepairShopr has increased the ability of smaller businesses to exist.

The software runs very smoothly, and where we have come across issues, the support has been excellent. Syncs with Quickbooks and constantly gets improved.

We have been using it for 4 years and it has made business better for us and our end users. Compared to traditional paper systems it is a life and time saver.

From the deep hell that is ConnectWise to the limitations of ZenDesk, we kept running into roadblocks and compromises. Not to mention terrible UI's, high costs, and so on and so forth.

Lot's of time can be wasted if accounting is done improperly.

I was always amazed at how often new useful tools were being added. I'm pretty sure they don't have a huge team, but it felt like there must be hundreds of them with what was being accomplished.

Email only, slow response and no actual action taken.

The thing I disliked the most was the mobile app.

With an abundant choice of integrations, a low cost, top-notch support and good speed, RS is a great product. And from what we've seen thus far the folks at RS are working hard to make it even better.

I've had their support team do very specific customization of the API and the end result turned out great. Added functionality for what I need to do.

Terrible service when requested for issue fix. Inventory system not to par.

A great inventory management tool that's easy to use for all employees.

The ability to keep track of customer records, comments and progress tracking are just a few.

Some of the features are limited and payment gateway options are somewhat limited.

Has all the features I need (so far). Great weekly or biweekly updates, fantastic customer support when I have questions.

RepairShopr suits both of our needs well. They are improving the MSP side of things pretty frequently and we are happy for it.
