Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

A necessary evil that I'd rather not deal with, but I have no choice but to do so.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

Dynamics 365 is the perfect combination of a world class ERP and CRM. The customer and lead management is outstanding with countless options to simplify daily tasks for users.

A complete tool with strong features and pricing bundles for every need.

The UI is pretty sexy, and it's really easy to use. Small footprint in the JavaScript tag is nice too.

Other great features offered by this tool are the action triggering capabilities, report funneling, and the CRM integrations (I mostly used Marketo, Salesforce, and Zendesk).

Used to be good, the new UI update made it unintuitive for me.

Woopra is the best tool to track solutions and monitor our all clients.

Might be good for marketers, but not for research teams.

Great user tracking functionality including detailed live updates. Simpler and more intuitive interface than Google Analytics.

Very difficult to do anything without developers and to download complex reports with raw data at the user level.

Funnels are super customizable. I set up a custom dashboard for myself in under 10 mins.

It is not that heavy on the end user (client side) and provides really good metrics out of the box. Also like the easy configuration of events that can be triggered from the client or the server side.

Data appeared to disappear in a user's record even though the month-over-month graph shows record of user. Very hard to record accurate data if you're not being careful.

It is very easy to track individual users, and their history.

Chatting with online users can be cumbersome and hard to manage.

The switch from their old version to new version wasn't managed well.

The new UI makes it very hard to find the data I need (probably because I'm so used to the old UI).

The analytics are good but over time support has been slowing down and there are more bugs than ever.

It is a good way to understand their requirements and priorities. Other than that I loved the interface of the software and it is quite easy to setup the tool.
