Efficy is very flexible, it often offers many different ways to receive your goal. This makes it sometimes difficult for users to explain the steps that have to be taken.

Good value for money and lots of features. Efficy lets you manage your customer relation database extensively.

Sometimes it had error, or page is not updated, or digital signature status has to be refreshed manually.

EFFICY is an excellent CRM because it allows to have a clear vision of the  business.

Very well set up (CRM thinking is in the genes of this product and company). Support is quick and good.

Many to many relations is positively impressive, it can really help you to find the right information at the right place.

Too many choices, the persons that don't work as much with Efficy have problems where to find everything.

They will have everything you need, and if there is a feature missing you can either add some customization.

Ist is fast, easy in dailly use, query is easy to use and the Efficy Designer is easy to use and you can make it to your one wishes.

As a small company, I've kept my Efficy simple and therefor did hardly encounter issues that I don't like.

Great value for money Even though the emphasis of Efficy seems to. Be sales its easily to be used as a document management system by its archtecture and a verh good multilangual support (Dut h!!).

The people behind Efficy are very helpful and dedicated to help us find our way in the new system.

The agenda is its most useful tool, which allows you to create, share and allocate different tasks across different colleagues.

When there is an issue the helpdesk will give you all efforts to give a solid solution. When we know all features and work with the system some more months all the ranking stars will probably be full.

It's ease of use is impressive. Working from the cloud is fantastic.

Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.
