Overall I really enjoy the program. I am able to give feedback to my co workers and see how my job performance is measured by others.
It gives my customers and vendors the ability to provide a rating based on their experience quickly.

We use Engage everyday, I have had good and bad experiences, please see below for further details
It maintains all of our torque equipment information such as calibration, repair and any other pertinent information. We also use it on our gage side to maintain hand held gages for calibration, repair and other pertinent information
Engage is easy to navigate and I have found that training new employees on the use of Engage is simple as well. We have our own work instruction on how to use Engage but most employees catch on very quickly hands on.
We are ALWALYS having reporting issues, we get consistent errors pulling reports, shutting down and reloading a few times usually helps but it is painful and time consuming.
