It maintains all of our torque equipment information such as calibration, repair and any other pertinent information. We also use it on our gage side to maintain hand held gages for calibration, repair and other pertinent information

Pros

Engage is easy to navigate and I have found that training new employees on the use of Engage is simple as well. We have our own work instruction on how to use Engage but most employees catch on very quickly hands on.

Cons

We are ALWALYS having reporting issues, we get consistent errors pulling reports, shutting down and reloading a few times usually helps but it is painful and time consuming. Also if you do not buy the extra customer support package we have found customer support can be quite rude
