The most flexible CRM that I've always used and still use now

The most important thing is the option to download and selfhost the software. From state as a webhoster, I want to be as flexible as I can. Another thing is that even in the basic version, it is packed with all the important elements that are needed for small to medium-sized companies. For large companies or users with higher requirements, this CRM is a real paradise. All modules, down to the smallest components, can be flexibly tailored to your own requirements. New modules are quickly created and integrated into the system. The documentation and a forum are a great help here. I have been using EspoCRM since shortly after their launch and have never reached any limit. For people without their own server, there is also the cloud version hosted by EspoCRM, which is just as flexible.

Pros

All aspects of being flexible with all elements inside the software.

Cons

It can be challenging for newcomers or beginners at first, as it is quite complex under the hood. Documentation in different languages would be quite helpful here.

There are many more. The reason why I used as much as I can is, that I want to know which is the best for me. So I looked every year for a better solution and tried sometime 2 or 3 beside of each other.

Best CRM product i have used

Our experience is good especially the forum. While most of the developers are of great help and go to great extend to help us make it, certain Espocrm developers seem rather emotional and at times rude in their replies. Ignoring the behavior of these people, its a fantastic piece of software.

Pros

The software is simple to install and configure for most use. Being a open source free software I will not complain on most components. Well thought and designed software. Meets our business requirements perfectly.

Cons

The documentation is too summarized especially in most areas. Documentation on technical architecture is much to be desired. Self maintenance on code is of concern due to the documentation. Simply put the documentation totally lacks clear examples especially with formula and understanding the structure. I could not locate an ERD Diagram.

Reasons for choosing EspoCRM

We chose Espocrm over the others because some were really complicated and full of bugs while otherse were so simple and did not meet the business user usability. With regards to SAP and Salesforce they were too expensive and not readily usable.

Espo CRM Trial Review

Espo CRM is very light and easy to use, it has most of the CRM needed features even the process flowcharts are available. And it is FREE

Pros

Espo CRM is simple CRM tool, the menu is very simple and straight forward. It is easy to change the opportunities from one status to another

Cons

I couldn't find the dashboard view in the Espo CRM, there are a lot of reports where you can get a graphical view of them but not all combined in a single dashboard

Viel verglichen und EspoCRM bietet extrem viele Funktionen

Wir verwalten allen Interessenten, Kunden und Firmendaten, sowie ALLE Geschäftsvorfälle von einfachen eMailanfragen, über Bestellungen und auch Reklamationen über Espo. Selbst unser QM-Management haben wir hierüber perfekt lösen können und können alles sehr übersichtlich für den Innendienst und den Aussendienst verknüpfen. Auch super sind die Portalzugänge für Kunden, womit wir unseren Downloadbereich als Wissendatenbank ebenfalls perfekt umsetzen konnten.

Pros

Sehr einfach installiert und nach dem ersten Einrichten auch sehr einfach anzupassen und mit neuen Datenfeldern und Verknüpfungen zu erweitern.

Cons

Der eMail-Filter ist nicht perfekt gelöst. Jedoch gibt es hierzu sehr günstige Tools als externe Lösung unter www.eblasoft.com.tr

Finally, a CRM Done Right

EspoCRM has been the perfect CRM to manage my leads, accounts, contacts, and campaigns. It was very intelligently designed to be flexible for many scenarios. Its genius is that it is so powerful yet simple.

Pros

Open source, simple, modular, and intuitive. Incredible flexibility and customization.

Cons

There's no native mobile app, but the web version works great on mobile.

One of the best opensource CRM's

Spent moths and years playing and testing CRM's, I was very impressed with ESPOCRM from day one and now it is just so much more powerful. Depending on what features you want, you might need to buy the extensions. Only thing I don't like about this CRM is the lack of information, to explain things or provide information on how to deal with the most common bugs, they do offer forums and documentations but I think more can be done to organize and display the correct information when users are looking for it.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to setup and it is very configurable, if you think about it you can make it work with espocrm.

Cons

More needs to be done to provide more information to users, specifically the common bugs users face. Some of the cool features are paid, they are well worth the price but would have been nice if some are included by default.

After using sugarCRM for some time this one was a revelation! Easy and versatile.

Smart CRM applications for various customers

Pros

Very easily customizable. Adding new fields, forms and reports is like a game (for a developer, customers had some difficulty). The standard design theme is good and responsive(!)

Cons

Customizing the design is a bit tedious for there are too many files to edit. Exporting functions could be better and integration with other systems is not easy (but neither is for other CRM systems)

Great Value

Setup is easy to implement. Has a ton of features that are up to date and useful. The system is on par with the enterprise class systems on the market at a higher price today.
